    I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent change in how I have been treated during my visits to *******. I have been a loyal patron of this park for over nine years, fostering positive relationships with both employees and customers from diverse backgrounds. However, I have recently experienced actions that I feel are unfair and discriminatory. Specifically, I have been informed by some staff members that they have been instructed not to engage with me while on duty, even though they are encouraged to interact with other customers. I was also publicly singled out upon entering the park, which was both embarrassing and disheartening. As an African American female frequenting the park, I cannot help but feel that this treatment may be motivated by factors beyond my behavior, as I have always conducted myself in a respectful and friendly manner. These actions contradict the welcoming environment I have come to expect at ******* I value this community and the relationships I have built over the years, which makes this situation all the more troubling. I am requesting that my concerns are acknowledged to better understand the reasoning behind the recent changes in how I am being treated. I hope we can work together to resolve this matter amicably and restore the sense of mutual respect and inclusion that I have always associated with your establishment. Im requesting not to be treated differently and unfairly. 90% of the staff at this particular park respect me value me and Im requesting to not be embarrassed anymore at the park by the ** Will who on 12/07/24 stated when I got there comes over the walkies talkies that each staff member had and to hear hey just because ****** is here dont crowd around her dont talk to her, I dont want the ** Will telling anymore staff members that we have a ****** girl problem or that Im a distraction to the park.     I took my 2 children to DEFY ******* on November 9, 2023 and paid $41.82 via Apple Cash card. On December 9, 2023 my Apple Cash card was charged $41.81. I called DEFY to dispute the charge and they informed me they had no membership associated with my name or number and could do nothing to help. On January 9 and 11, 2024, **** again tried to draw $41.82 from my card; however, I had previously blocked DEFY from being able to draw from my card, so the transaction was declined due to insufficient funds. At no point did I sign up for, or otherwise agree to, any membership or recurring charges! As such, these charges are not authorized and fraudulent.I called DEFY again on January 12, 2024 and was told my only option was to fill out the "cancel my membership" form on the DEFY website and send an accompanying email. I did this. After 20+ emails back and forth, I was informed that they are unable to find or locate the charges.There have been additional attempted draws on my account on January 15, 19, 23, 27, 31 and February 4 and 8, 2024.The friends we visited DEFY with in November were also fraudulently signed up for a membership, so this is not a one-time occurrence, but an ongoing issue with the integrity of DEFY's business practices. The fact that they are unable to locate the account/charges and make it right but can continue to harass me for months is appalling!Due to the fact that I did not or did not knowingly sign up for any membership, I expect that the December 9, 2023 charge will be refunded and future attempted draws on my account will cease.

    On November 12, 2023, I went to DEFY ******* with two of my children. I paid for entrance for them. It cost $70.44. When I purchased entrance on 11/12/23 they pushed me to buy a membership. They told me it would save me over $30 on 11/12/23 by cutting my entrance cost and then I could come for a set monthly price. I declined membership and paid the $70.44. I did not give them my contact information or sign anything. In early January I discovered that I had been charged $70.44 again on Dec 12th by DEFY. I called the phone number provided online and on my credit card bill and left messages asking for the payment to be refunded and alerting the error. I never heard back. I called again about a week later and left another message. I never heard back. Then on Jan. 12 I was charged $70.44 again. After this charge I then searched the company website for an email address or other way to contact them either at the state or national level. I was not able to find a way to contact them other than the numbers I was calling which always had me leave a message and then no reply. I called several more times and also learned from several friends that this had happened to them too. One person had had to cancel her credit card to stop getting charged!This week I was charged $70.44 a third time. I called and left messages again with no reply. Then today, I called and left a message (said all people were busy), and then immediately called back and pushed the prompt saying that I wanted to plan a party. The call was answered immediately. I explained the situation and after an hour of trying to help me they said they were escalating it and I would receive an email shortly. I have still received no email or contact and no refunds. I then called my credit card and was advised to cancel my card to stop the payments. It is very frustrating that I have to do this and disrupt my life because of the bad actions of this company. I worry this is a pattern and dishonest practice.

    It appears I unknowingly got setup for a monthly subscription. I would have not gotten a subscription because we live an inconvenient distance away to make it worth our while. They have been charging me for the past 3 months.
