    I am writing to file a complaint against FetalPlus regarding a faulty product and unsatisfactory customer service experience. On April 20, 2025, I placed an order for FetalPlus Air Wearable Breast Pumps. Shortly after receiving the pumps, I encountered issues with the small clips/clasps breaking off, rendering the pumps unusable.I reported the issue to FetalPlus customer service, and after some back-and-forth, they agreed to send replacement milk collection cups. However, I experienced further problems with the pumps losing suction and not functioning correctly. Throughout this process, there were multiple delays and discrepancies in the information provided by customer service regarding stock availability and shipping of replacement parts.Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issues and requests for a full refund, FetalPlus has been reluctant to issue a full refund. They initially agreed to a full refund with the return of the pumps but then changed their offer to a partial refund of $60 CAD due to one "working" pump. I believe I am entitled to a full refund due to the consistently faulty nature of the product and the poor service I have received. I am returning the pumps and request a full refund for the purchase price of $189.50 CAD.

    Items purchased may 14th 2025 paid- ****** Items were described as whisper quiet, and were incredibly loud. They also came defective, not sealing properly. I emailed the company wanting a refund since they were not as described, and they refused. I sent them all my proofs, and they only offered to replace a portion of the product, not refund. They blocked my review on their website, creating the false assumption of a high rating for other buyers. they are now no longer communicating, and no answer as to whether they actually are sending those replacement parts. they falsely claim many aspects of their product which are not accurate and had i known the actual facts of the product i would not have purchased it.

    I ordered this item on January 18th. The shipping said 4-6 days. I have received no shipping updates and obviously havent received the item. Ive reached out to their email twice with no answer. This is obviously a scam.

    I purchased the wearable breast pump from this company in a set of two. After 3 uses one of the pumps stopped working. At the time i reached out to the company it was within my 30 days. I contacted their customer service and was given the option to send the pump back so they can look at it but i have to pay to ship it. I was absolutely disappointed with the product from the moment u received it from it being cheap plastic that barely sealed to the pump not having strong suction like they claimed. I said i would send back the full set due to one not working and disappointment overall with the entire product. The customer service only responds in the middle of the night, one time, even if you catch the email when it comes in, they only respond once. They dragged this out past my 30 day **** arguing over my refund for the return of the product. They offer no solutions other than they will "look at the product" and "if" they find something wrong will issue the refund. But that's for only half. I purchased two and if one isn't working and made this poorly i do not want the other i want my full refund. The company will not give a phone number for support and is unwilling to work with me on my refund. I feel scammed by the fact i don't even know how they will issue me a refund as the customer service has still yet to even ask for MY personal information. Something needs to be done about this they are targeting mothers who need to pump!

    As you can see from images uploaded, I ordered a FetalPlus At Home Fetal Doppler for my newly pregnant daughter-in-law for Christmas. It arrived on December 17th. I wrapped it up and put it under my tree to be opened 12/25/24. My daughter-in-law declined the present saying it would make her too nervous to use it, so I told her I would return the un-opened product. I contacted Fetal Plus on 12/26 via email to start a return. There is no customer service phone number and it took me 4 email attempts before I received a response from their customer service representative. As you can see from a screen shot of their email response, there is a 2 working day return policy. I have never heard of something like this! I attempted to return the product within 10 days of receipt of product (un-opened). A two day return policy, especially when it is a gift, is unreasonable. This ridiculous return policy was not clearly posted when buying this product. The shocker is when this representative told me to re-sell it on another market. I would never do this when it concerns a mother-fetal product. This company obviously does not care about protecting their reputation or the quality/integrity of their product. I would like to return the product and be reimbursed what I paid for it: $104.95

    I purchased a baby sleep monitor from Fetal Plus on Monday December 9, 2024. It was $30 off ( holiday price) and I paid $5 for priority shipping. On Friday December 13th I decided to contact the company because I had not recieved the item nor had I recieved any notification of it being shipped. Fetal plus replied saying that the delay was because the item was out of stock and they refunded my $5. Cool, although had i known it was out of stock I would have purchased from another company ( nowhere on the website or during the purchasing process did it say "out of stock" or "restock sale") and that is exactly what I did. So I replied to customer service. At this point I am very sleep deprived and agitated but I do understand that things happen and I wanted to give them a chance. I thought that they understood by their reply ********** forward 5 days to Thursday December 19th and I still have not recieved the item from fetal plus nor have I received any notifications of it being shipped. The monitor that I ordered from Sense U had arrived on Monday and it had been working beautifully so I decided to just cancel my order with fetal plus and request a refund. Since the item was never in stock, I assumed that I would not be charged the $15 restocking fee but I thought I would ask just to be sure. They then replied saying that it was now in stock and high shipping volumes was the reason for the delay.This confused me because earlier they said it was out of stock but that didn't matter to me anyways. I just wanted my full refund and that's what I told them. I thought it was a completely reasonable request seeing that it was now Thursday and they said it would be in early to mid week and we had already discussed that I may cancel the order if not recieved timely. This is when fetal plus customer service turned full "*****" on me, rambling about a restocking sale and accusing me of "taking advantage". What?! They still have not sent my refund so I have disputed the purchase

    I ordered a fetal monitor from this company. I contacted them because the device was defective and I sent videos of it malfunctioning. I was instructed to do so in an email they sent to me and they guaranteed a 30 day money back if there were issues with the device. When I went to write them again to check the status on my return they had blocked my email address and I still have not heard back from the company. I did reach out via another email account and still have not heard anything back. I started a dispute with my bank and am awaiting the results for that. This company has had the opportunity to rectify the situation but instead, they blocked my emails. This does not look good on them at all. I have also reached out to them via Instagram. I have not heard back yet. Very unprofessional.

    I purchased the FetalPlus Baby Sleep Breathing ****************** Smart Gateway.They have a 30 day back money guarantee and people who have baby showers have them way before the 30 day mark * no one can try the product within the window as their babies arent born yet! Also, they have a return condition that the product packing must be fully intact (unopened), so no one can try it and return it if it doesnt work or they arent satisfied!The product itself is completely unusable and they know it. They hide behind email only customer support and simply stop emailing when a customer doesnt just let them win by giving up on a complaint and/or attempt to return the product They clearly pay for reviews to give the appearance of happy buyers, and when I tried to post negative reviews they took them down ************ is lying and stealing from people

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This company is listed on babylist a registry website. If they dont allow for returns after 30 days dont falsely advertise by partnering with registry sites as baby showers take place beyond 30 days of when a child is due. There is absolutely no way to use this product without opening it and trying it which then voids the return. Opening the product does not indeed damage it. Im willing to return the product as I cannot make any use out of it. I simply want a product that I can use and this product is not just impractical but is actually faulty

    I purchased and received the fetal Doppler in the last week. After trying several times to use the Doppler, it is just not working properly. I have another Doppler that works just fineso I messaged them to process a refund bc they advertise a money back GUARANTEE for it not working properly. I have been given the runaround and they have insulted my intelligence by claiming that maybe I dont know how to use it when Im telling them Im 16 weeks and can find my babys heartbeat on the other Doppler just fineso clearly its theirs. They have even asked me to record a VIDEO of it not working and Im not about to be driven through this kind of stress when Im already pregnant just because they manufactured a crappy device that you can barely hear and didnt work well at all. I want my money back and tell me where return this!

    I ordered a fetal plus baby monitor on March 26. Fetal plus website offers 4-6 business day shipping. Its now April 15 & Ive received no update on the order, no shipping or tracking, no product. I would like them to cancel the ************** the payment but now the want $15 to cancel. I have no intention to pay a return fee when Fetalplus has done nothing!
