1 starDo not hire this company! They are refusing to repair the damages caused by their workers. Three nails used to install our new siding went through our waterline causing a slow leak. When I reported it they said I should have noticed the leak sooner. It is in my garage. Who tears into their drywall and removes insulation after having siding done. Was I supposed to know that their workers had punctured my waterline? How else do they think the nails got there. One of there employees even came out, took pictures and stated it happens a lot. In fact the crew who did my windows and siding were fired. He said he would get workers out to fix the damage and pay me back for the cost of the plumber. That was early October.. Today *** ****** their warranty manager said I notified them to late and they weren't responsible. Now I have to pay for the repairs and hire a lawyer. Anyone know a good lawyer??Review fromPaul C

1 starI would never recommend this company for any type of work. They subcontract out to people who can't do the work, they use companies that do a bait and switch on materials and design "features" and when questioned about work done by the subcontractor which resulted in water damage, they refused to do anything about it, blaming it on the subcontractor. We are going into our second year of dealing with issues that they are not wanting to resolve.Review fromWei P

1 starThe entire project went really poorly. First off, when they planned to kick things off, the project manager told me he hadn't even heard about the project until the day before it started. He didn't even know what project he was supposed to be managing.Secondly, they subcontracted the entire project to another company and crew, and they didn't bother to tell us about it when they proposed the fees. If we had known they were going to subcontract it out, we wouldn't have accepted their proposal in the first place.Thirdly, the project manager never actually monitored the project and never showed up on site. While they were building the deck, we noticed several issues and tried to find solutions quickly, but the project manager was on vacation. This caused delays in fixing the problems, and by the time they did attempt to fix things, it was too late to do it properly without redoing significant parts.Fourth, one of the employees from Evergreen Home Exteriors (who I think is a very honesty and professional person) told us by saying the entire deck was in bad shape and should have cost no more than half what we paid. He said the project manager wasn't planning to redo the project and would only make minimum fixes to meet the warranty requirements. The employee even told us that the crew who built the deck were subcontractors and it was the first time the company had worked with.Review fromBrian Y

5 starsI've used Evergreen twice, first for my solar and battery installation and then a few months later for the addition of an EV charger to my garage. Pleasant, professional and knowledgeable both times. During the second project there was an odd turnover of the team but the replacement team that came on to finish the job did so consistently and to our original specifications. 5 starsI can't speak for others but I had a great experience with Evergreen! I had Evergreen come out and build my deck. I was skeptical but it was super easy and they followed through. I appreciated the attention to detail because I'm a detail guy. I just wanted to say something different because they went out of their way to make me happy and I appreciate that.Review fromDave C

1 star******************* came out to submit a bid for new siding on our home. He gave us a quote on the spot, part of which included a day-of-bid discount. He assured us that signing the documents he provided only locked in the discounted price, and that until we put down a down payment, we were under no obligation. We found this difficult to believe, and repeatedly questioned him before signing any documents. We also told him that we were taking other bids, and wouldn't have a final decision for at least a week, and likely longer as I was going out of town for another week after the final bid.Today, I heard from them that they were coming to work on Wednesday, despite our never having told them that they were the contractor they had chosen. They are now insisting on charging us a 15% recission fee (that apparently would have kicked in three days after the bid), even though we'd told ***** that we wouldn't have a final decision for at least a week, which he said was fine.The owner also claims we had a welcome call in which we agreed to the work. No such call ever took place.I've told *****, the project manager, and the owner of this company that we had not agreed to any of the above. *****'s actions as their representative are fraudulent, full-stop.I've been told to speak to their attorneys. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU WANT THEM TO DO THE WORK THEY'VE BID ON.Evergreen Home Exteriors

1 starUnreliable business. They do not know what they are doing. I wanted to simply update my old windows, and their mistakes have made this a 6+ month installation. Maybe if I had not paid them in full, I would have gotten correct service. So many mistakes on their end.Evergreen Home Exteriors

1 starProject was never started. Took our 20k deposit, never purchased products, never returned multiple phone calls regarding moving forward on project. Refuse to communicate for refund or return deposit. Owner has not responded to multiple attempts to return deposit. Project manager is not returning calls. 1 starWe hired this company to redo our shower, the came and showed us a product we liked and was able to pick out what we wanted, but when it came to doing the work, *********** demo my shower placed a shower pan that was 6 inches smaller( width wise) to where they had to build a wall to meet my fllor, I stopped the job and am trying to get answers but keep getting the run around. I looked in my garage where the other matierials were stored and everything is cheap bottom line faucet, shower head, corner shelves, nothing what we agreed on. At this point I am trying to get a refund, I donot trust this company. The owner was suppose to call us and still have not heard from him and his employees keep making excuses. It has been a week with no shower and no results!!!
