    Traded in my vehicle, that still has payments, for another vehicle with a new loan. As per, they will pay off my current loan. It has been a month and 7 days since and my previous loan still has not been paid off. I am consistently getting emails saying I’m late and late fees will be added and that it will affect my credit score if not paid. I’ve contacted them many times before the due date of the previous loan. First excuse was that it was already sent and not to worry. Second call, they said it was returned because it was sent to wrong address… really? Third time I called, she says don’t worry about it it will get paid, this must be your first time buying a car and they can’t do nothing about it. I do not want my credit to get hit with a late payment.

    Purchased a car here Thursday May 12th, its now been 6 days. While driving home from work the back of car which was clearly already lowered by someone gave out on me. I was literally on the freeway in downtown ******* in heavy but fast moving traffic when I heard something break for no apparent reason! I called them and spoke with ******* who assured me I would be well taking care of, will I better be be!!! LOL This is not how I imagined the first week going with this car, put $6k down on a $37K loan and almost died on Interstate 5 in less than a week! Other than the obvious reasons, I'm also upset I have to pay $400 to tow it to the dealership in ******, I live in *******. I know it's a *** but the now the car has already Cost me $400 6 days in. I assume they will need the car for days, possibly weeks to fix, who knows if this is covered by warranty, will the give me a loaner? I have so many questions and the first one is did I make a HUGE mistake buying this car? (THANK GOD NO BODY DAMAGE HAPPENED DURING THE INCIDENT)This may be premature but no matter what this is BS, I'm out another $400 or the tow and this may just be the beginning of a long, hate-filled relationship with my new car. WILL UPDATE REVIEW IF SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME.
