    They were hired to transport my vehicle from ********** to **************. The pick up was on 07/28/2022 and they dropped it off on 08/02/2022. My daughter informed the driver that the car was damaged. he argued with her and denied that the damage was incurred during travel. I had instructed her to make notes of the damage on the Bill of lading prior to signing for the delivery. This was the instructions that were provided to me prior to shipping. The driver told her that they don't do that , the procedure was for her to take pictures and send them in and ask for them to be reviewed. He told her there was no place on the Bill of lading to make notes. He used a hand held device to record her signature. After he left she was emailed a Bill of lading , that specifically mentioned that no damage claims would be honored if notes were not made on the Bill of lading. I wanted to make a complaint and contact someone, however we hire the trucking company through a broker. The name of the broker is **************, they are listed on the BBB site with an F rating which i didn't know until now. ********* said it was not there responsibility and that i would need to contact Eastside, they sent me an email address and no phone number. Cheapauto will not answer any of my calls or emails to assist, i was told i would receive $10000 of insurance coverage with my contract. I first utilized contact info provided on the Bill of lading, apparently that info was for the driver. The driver called the drop off location and was exceptionally rude and unprofessional to the owner of the house that helped my daughter with delivery. He then called me yelling and screaming so i was unable to have a conversation with him. I emailed him , i also emailed an address given to me by the broker. I also called a phone number listed on the internet. several days later i received an email from a person named ****. She set up a time to speak with me the next morning. She never called and won't respond.
