    Since the alignment work that your shop did on June 10, 2023, I have had problems with my Jeep. I want to point out that I was not having any alignment issues prior to my dropping my vehicle off. The only reason I was getting the alignment done was because I had my tires balanced and rotated at another shop and I was under the impression that alignment should always follow any tire work. I have since learned it to be untrue. Interestingly, after the work was done, ****, your worker, stated that he had to do a lot of twisting, turning and banging to do the alignment. So, after picking my Jeep up from your shop right before closing, I then had actual alignment issues. My drive home was scary and upsetting. My steering was all over the place and my car was pulling and swaying, as if something very bad was wrong. Since the shop had closed upon my pickup, I had to wait to bring my car back in. I had an appointment schedule with your shop to have the sway bars installed the next day, so my plan was to address the problem at that time. When I came in the next day and expressed my concerns with my Jeep and its new problem, I was told that they would do another alignment after the sway bars were installed. I was told that the issues would resolve at that point. I was also informed that **** had to do a ****** search to learn how to do my alignment. All of this is very concerning since I later discovered that there is zero twisting, turning and banging performed during an alignment. Needless to say, the issues did not resolve and I am still dealing with this very unsettling issue.Following my attempts to seek understanding on what exactly was done, via an alignment report, I realized that I was getting nowhere fast. I was told that the printer was down and so the report could not be obtained. I had reached out to your shop multiple times asking for a refund, as well as monitory compensation and an apology of some kind, and all to no avail. In addition to the shoddy work that was done, your worker slandered me to other customers, who were sitting in the lobby when I came back for the sway bars. I am assuming that this was because I voiced my concerns about the alignment issues that occurred the day before. It was highly offensive and extremely unprofessional. Customers were told, She doesnt take care of her car. This is untrue and outrageous! I have my vehicle routinely serviced for all scheduled and required maintenance and I am a safe driver. I drive around all day for my job and I pride myself in being a responsible car owner. This slanderous verbiage was in an attempt to deflect the issue at hand, which was that your shop messed up my Jeep. After realizing that your shop was not going to own the damage done to my vehicle during the alignment, I went to two other shops, whom I trust and who have done work for me in the past. Both of the mechanics who assessed the situation, indicated that there was damage done and that they had not seen the damage previous to my bringing my Jeep in for the alignment. Your shop is trying to blame the damage done by your worker, on my previous accident, over 7 months prior, where the repairs had long been completed and did not include damage to the underside of my Jeep. The damage is new and occurred when your shop attempted to align my steering by doing a lot of twisting, turning and banging underneath my car. More to this issue, however says I ran out of space. Also my review is no longer on their site. Also found out an auto message post to it to say reach out and would like to help, after I tried too reach out again to see if they would help.
