      ********************** (Rosenstadt) entered a contractual agreement with ************************ to provide security monitoring services. Sonitrol Pacific (***+******) {SP} is the legal successor company to SP including SP'scontinuing contracts. The terms of the contract between Rosenstadt and SP (or its legal successors) were for SP (or its legal successors) to provide security monitoring services at the level agreed upon in the original contract in exchange for the monthly payment of $65 by **********. Upon the move of ********** to a new location, ********** wanted SP (or its legal successors) to continue the security monitoring at the new location. Sonitrol Pacific (***+******), SPs legal successor, informed ********** that Sonitrol Pacific does not provide security monitoring service at the original agreed upon level but that ****************** owes the remaining balance of the original contract. Rosenstadt has been in the process of reviewing proposals by Sonitrol Pacific to contract with Sonitrol Pacific to provide security monitoring services. ********** is not in default for non-payment of the original contract as ********** had an automatic payment plan with Secure Pacific that Sonitrol Pacific has not exercised for August 2025. Sonitrol Pacific maintains that Rosenstadt is bound by the original contract, therefore ********** would like to continue the security monitoring under the original terms of the contract. If Sonitrol Pacific cannot provide security monitoring under the original terms, ********** believes it is entitled to cancel the contract.********** has paid a total of $866.66 since 7/11/24.SP claims ********** owes $3120 on balance of contract. ** is offering ********** a new contract with $4718.74 in equipment purchase, to be followed with a new monthly rate of $147.That is 151% of the balance due and a 225% increase on cost for monthly services.
