    On Friday, May 14th at 6:30pm, my 17 year old daughter and her boyfriend *************************** went to this restaurant where they had a reservation in ******' name to have dinner before their Senior Prom....along with 2 other couples. So the reservation was for 6 people. They were seated and ordered their meals. They didn't receive their meals until 1.5 hours later. Their waitress checked in with them only one time after it has been an hour and told them that their meals would "be right up". But, it took another half hour to receive them. And when they finally received their meals, the steak dinner was lukewarm and the pasta dish was also cold, as if they had been sitting. The establishment was not full at all and they watched as people who came in much after them got their meals before them. Because of this long wait, all 6 teens got to their Senior Prom an hour late. This is a once in a lifetime event. It was ruined. ****** paid $94 for their meals. He wasn't offered any discount for the poor service. The kids left very upset. 2 days later, I called the restaurant and spoke with a female Manager about this situation. She told me that they don't do refunds but that she would email me a gift certificate to cover their next meal and she apologized. I have not received any correspondence from them at all. She said I would receive it in "a couple days". Since then, I have called the restaurant and left 2 voicemails as well as contacted ****** Company and made an online complaint. Neither has even called me back. This is extremely poor on the restaurant reputation. And I want either a full refund or the gift certificate I was told I would receive in the amount that my kids paid that night.

    I initially gave my credit card to the waitress to pay for dinner. However, at the end of dinner i changed my method of payment to cash. I didnt sign the receipt, i put on their $0 for the total and wrote out - paid in cash. The credit card transaction still went through, i filed a dispute since she paid in cash and bank didnt approve the dispute, they told me to ask the restaurant to reverse the transaction because I paid in cash. I called the restaurant to let their manager know on 01/05/23 to ensure the dispute goes through just fine, however, the manager was very rude to my mom after she explained the situation. I was told that the manager could not do anything about it.But seriously though, our bill was $406, I left $506.72 tipping the server well . I did NOT tip her $500. -This was explained to the manager as well. Yes, i want to give a nice tip, but a tip that equaled to the amount of our bill $400 bill? (Trust me, i WISH i CAN BE THAT WELL OFF!!!!! But I am not) If there was a question, our server should have asked. - But no. She took the money, charged my card, and the manager is being extra rude about it. I wish I knew this managers name. Thats a shame. This became a new favorite restaurant to us, but this last experience left a bad taste. They are so quick to take peoples money and has zero willingness to help figure out a mistake that was made, if it was a mistake - or someone just wanted an extra $500 in their pocket. VERY DISHONEST TRANSACTION!!!!!.
