  ******* assisted my husband and I in selling our old house and purchasing our new house. Throughout both processes, she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to communicate with. She always gave us great advice, but let us know that the final choice was ours (as it turned out, her advice was spot on, so we quickly learned to take what she said seriously). I would recommend her to anyone who needs help selling or buying a house because she has a lot of experience with both and was great to work with. **** and ********* were also fantastic resources, and coupled with *******, they make a fantastic team.

  I will tell everyone about my experience! ******* was kind and beyond efficient. Everything from my first call to getting the news that it closed was exceptional. And so quick! I was in an impassible situation and I feel like a thousand pounds have been lifted. Dont look any further.. They are the best out there.

  When we started the process of selling our home, we had many realtors contract **. I didn't feel any of them really wanted to help us with the problem s we were faced with because the house needed some work. We gave Highest Offer a call and it turned out to be a great decision. The owner **** and his right hand girl ******* were great. They presented us with two different options, both were good. In the mean time we found our next house and they helped through that sale too. They are the best people to deal with, we could not be happier. I started calling ******* wonder woman.   Our agent ******* made the entire process of buying a home as smooth as it could possibly be. My wife and I decided very quickly to put in an offer on a home (that our agent found) and ******* worked quickly and efficiently to put in an offer. After the initial offer acceptance there were some small difficulties working with the seller's agent, but our agent was knowledgeable, confident, and responsive. She helped us finalize the terms quickly, and without my wife and I needing to offer as much as we were willing to. ******* simultaneously walked us through getting our previous home ready for the market, and got us a full price offer within days. There's an impossible amount to try and think through when selling/buying a home, and ******* made it possible. I strongly recommend her as an agent. She genuinely cared about helping my wife and me, and her knowledge and professionalism got us a great a deal on both our purchase and sale.

  My husband and I wanted to move to a place with more property, Highest Offer bought our home as is for a good price and Raeanne was amazing at helping us find our new home in an extremely short time frame. She worked hard to get us the house we wanted and we are loving it!

  We spent so much time and energy looking at houses and Highest Offer was by far the best and most helpful in our search. ******* is very knowledgeable, kept all of us updated, and was easy to get a hold of when we had questions (We had a lot being first time home buyers!). She made the stressful part of homebuying very simple and straightforward. I am very happy to have worked with Highest Offer and recommend them to anyone buying a home.

  They were realist about the current market conditions and gave us confidence that our property was a great home in the matket. They did an excellent job of presenting our home. They were straight forward with their concerns and expected condition of the house. Ultimately the market had already turned down a little and they sold this house at its highest value within a week of being on the market.

  We worked with Highest Offer when we needed to sell our home quickly and as is. *** and ******* were extremely helpful in the process and our home sold in a short amount of time. Their help was very instrumental in the process and their fee was lower than a traditional **** Estate agent. Kudos to a great company.
