      I was assured by the property manager that as long as the guarantor makes 5 times rental amount, there should be no issues with getting approval. They gladly took our application fees ($140 for applicant and guarantor), made us wait three weeks and denied the application without clear explanation. They did not even conduct a credit check so we are wondering what our $140 application fee was used for. They also make it extremely difficult to reach them which makes it impossible to find resolution.

      Hello. I currently am a resident at a property managed by the Dobler Management Company. The location is the Garden Square Apartments in ******** **. Recently I came across a notification of another price increase on my rent. As I understand the economy and the challenges faced with property taxes and the fight for livable housing. I have been at this property since Feb of 2021 and what I don't understand is how they feel entitled to charge the prices that they are when homeless people live across the connecting fence to the parking lot. It would be one thing I'd the fence was 100 feet away. It's literally within earshot from my bedroom window. So close in fact I can literally hear them whispering at all hours of the night. Not to mention the back and front drain areas always flood in the winter. They hold all the cards in this situation and as I have tried to reach out to resolve the issue I have been ignored. I called the management company three times and have requested to talk to a higher up regarding the price. My intent is to see if I could work out a situation what is mutually beneficial for all of us. It honestly hurts alot to know that I have given them (without exaggeration) more money than any other company I have ever given in my life and yet, they cannot contact me. With the homeless issue I know they urinate and defecate in the area as well as use drugs. I have found needles and syringes thrown from the fence from the parking lot.

      I applied to an apartment which uses dobler management. The app fee is 82$ which is a rip off. Then they required me to submit 6 check stubs. Allow them to contact my employer for an employment verification. Then they required I do an automated income review with my bank this gave them access to my bank account and the past 12 months of deposits. They denied me Because I have things in collections (not apartment related) and becuase I have not given notice at my current residence. I feel like this is a gross violation of my privacy and rights as a consumer. This was 4/14.
