            Paid ***** in materials to *****, received about ***** in materials, marked up on his own invoice 400+% to try to justify the cost, the ****** was supposed to be for the entire house to be sided instead there isnt enough to do the garage and it is the wrong size of panels, the trim that was dropped off is mostly pre painted from maybe a different job site?, after repeated failures, poor quality of work that needs to be redone, not showing up to do the job when he said he would be there, I told ***** we needed to part ways, he never tried to keep the job, he was fine with it, now sends invoices for more money when he owes me some sort of refund, other tradesmans at my house told me ***** told them he was not going to use the materials we agreed upon because they were to expensive, although we paid more for the better product, now he will not respond to email, text, calls, or certified mail that he wont sign for. I can not get ahold of him, and feel he has taken my money and blocked me on every way of contact.

            ***** was amazing!! I hired him to paint all of the trim on the exterior of my house. He worked with a sense of purpose, he has an attention to detail and an eye for high quality work. ***** kept me update as the project progressed. He identified issues that had nothing to do with the paint job and tried to address those issue with no extra cost to me. He gave me the best quote, and was able to complete my job with no deposit, which was unexpected and appreciated. I look forward to hiring ***** for upcoming projects around my house. :)
