Refund and Exchange Policy

All RETURNS must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
Please take time to inspect your items within 30 days of the invoice date. Returns requested after 30 days will be denied.
Any newly manufactured item from a manufacturer other than Surplus Ammo should be returned to that manufacturer for exchange.
Initial Shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
Items must be in new condition, in the original packaging and be accompanied by original receipt.
Returned items must be properly packaged, refund will not be issued for damaged items due to poor packaging. 
Orders cannot be voided or cancelled once the order has been shipped.
We reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee at our discretion for non-firearm orders.

Surplus Ammo cannot accept returns on ammunition, firearms, or lower receivers due to safety considerations and US DOT regulations. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. It is the customer's responsibility to ascertain exactly what cartridge your firearm uses. It is the customer's responsibility to follow all local, city/county/state and federal laws when purchasing any otherwise restricted item(s) from our website. Any NICS denials on firearm purchases will result in a 20% restock fee and $50 paperwork handling fee as well as the cost of shipping to and from your local dealer, all removed from the pending refund.
