    ***** *********, the owner of Nord Fence, undertook the installation of a covered patio at my property. I am writing to confirm that ***** and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation.Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, ***** has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. I am deeply concerned about the financial implications of these repair costs and disheartened that a company would engage in such practices that exploit consumers.

    On 2/25/2022, they installed a new fence/gate. They said they would return to fix some things at their convenience (we contacted them 2 days later), but they never did and then ghosted us when we attempted to reach them. Photos of broken wood attached and a bolt that is inching into the wood they installed. It is hard to capture in photos.
