    ******************************** LLC (Contractor) was paid $7,113.40 to repair rot on an outdoor deck. The contract was signed in October 2022. The job entailed removing rotten wood and existing tile, installing new wood and tile and painting the wood. Project time from start to finish on the Statement of Work was identified by the Contractor as one week or seven days. The project started in the fall of 2022 and has not been completed.In addition, the day after the tile was installed the grout turned green and cracked. The tile installation has continued to deteriorate with pieces becoming loose and water leaking into the area beneath the deck. During the tile installation, the fascia was stained and needs to be repainted. Railings were installed without all bolts and the deck continues to be unusable.There have been multiple attempts to contact the business over the ensuing months. Responses have been limited with missed appointments and limited contact from the Contractor. No timeline has been provided on when the work will complete.Customer has purchased all materials to complete the tile portion of the project as instructed. Additional materials have been purchased by the Customer in case the tile needs to be replaced. Customer has not been compensated for the additional materials.
