    I had them out Sept. 23rd to do an analysis to fix the lights on my refrigerator. They estimated $575.09. Most of which they required up front so they could order parts. I paid it in full by check. They said they would be in touch with me in a week or two at the most. Its now over a month later and I can't get ahold of them, they won't return my calls and won't respond to texts other than "we're having problems" --- It appears that they have "vanished" along with my money!

    I called for service on my Maytag washer that would not drain during the rinse cycle. An *********** was made for September 14th between 11am - 2pm. They do not make specific time ***********s. The service tech, *******, called me at 2pm and said he would arrive soon, which ended up being an hour later. He used a wet vac to remove all the water in the tub and then did a diagnostic charging me $135. He quoted me parts and labor to replace the drain pump assembly and a hose. He had to order the parts and return. The total repair coming to just under $400. He left a mess that I had to clean up. Water all over the floor. Also, he was recovering from surgery and I had to listen in detail as he described it. I had to stop him so he would finish his diagnosis. The repair *********** was on September 23rd 9am to 1pm. I informed their office that I had a doctor's *********** and had to leave at 2:45pm and to make sure to arrive during the window. ******* did not arrive until 2:30pm because he had to stop and buy some equipment he forgot to bring. He made the repair hurriedly and stated on his receipt that he "could not run a full test and that other issues could exist." He could not run a full test because he was late making me almost miss my doctor's ***********. Before he arrived I tried to reach his office to reschedule the *********** and nobody answered the phone. I left a message and nobody called me back. After about 6 loads of laundry over the subsequent weeks, the washer leaked flooding the laundry room. His receipt says that there is a 180 warranty on the repair. I called their office on October 20th to inform them of the leaking. I never heard from them. After reading their profile on BBB it appears this is their usual way of treating customers. Therefore, I am informing others that they need to avoid hiring this company. They do not honor their warranties. Their communication with customers is non-existent.
