On the ********** rcw's the law states that during a police impound even though it wasn't because I was in trouble but my car hit a pothole and split my room in half on the cities streets my car was pulled completely off the side of the road on private property and I had it up on a **** and went to go get a different tire to change out and by the time I came back my car was gone the first day that it was towed it was supposed to have been $350 for a police impound plus $66 a day for storage on the very first day they told me it was $700 almost to retrieve my car back my car was never tagged and I was never contacted by anybody asking about my vehicle or why it was on the side of the road not blocking any traffic and they were not willing to work with me on getting my vehicle back I'm a single mother and I literally bought that car that day hadn't even made it home for the first time with my vehicle when this happened but every dollar I had into buying the vehicle and now I'm going to lose it to this tow company because of their unreasonable pricing and as far as I'm concerned price gouging is a large part in this complaint I am reporting this to the attorney general's office and going to continue with legal actionReview from KARL S

First off, the driver was good, this is not his fault. However, worst customer ********************** from the office that I have ever dealt with. Hanging up when I call, putting me straight to hold, etc. I could go on and on. Waited 6 hours for a tow that I scheduled for 9am so I could get back to work at a decent time. Always the same runaround answers. Insurance set it up. If your insurance tries to set you up with this rude, unprofessional company, DEMAND another. Core Values? They need to change their name. You'll be sorry if you use this company.Review from John G.

The company shouldn't be allowed to operate a tow or storage facility. They are refusing to release my truck, they wont allow the insurance adjuster on the lot to do an inspection. This company kept me on hold for 20 min, then hung up on me. They were 9 hrs late to get my vehicle that day, and they towed my truck a 4+4 **** with the driveshaft in place. Everyone knows you can't tow an automatic trans with the driveshaft in place...beware stay away from this company!!!Review from David E.

I needed roadside assistance on 9-20-2022 for a tow due to a tire blowout and the spare being inaccessible. Geico sent Core Values Towing. The driver arrived prior to the original eta and tried to get my spare to free up. This was not really part of their service but he tried anyway. He then told me that he unfortunately couldn't tow my vehicle because it was awd. He said it would be another 4 hours before a flatbed tow truck could arrive from his company. He said sorry and left. Another company was supposedly sent by ***** but never showed up. WSP arrived and was concerned about my safety. He called tow service contracted to WSP and they arrived in 20 minutes. That tow driver insisted that the original tow driver should have had the capability to put a dolly under the rear wheels and easily tow my car. He said that sometimes tow drivers just don't want to go through the trouble of using that equipment. He also laughed when I mentioned the Core Values company name and said his fellow employees refer to them as "No Values "Review from Michael S

Absolutely horrible service, tried sticking us with the extra mileage when they couldn't read the gps location. when we refused to pay, the truck was locked and the keys cant be found at the shop the next morning after they dropped it off. Now I have to overnight the spare keys from 400 miles away. If I were you, I would stay far away from this terribly ran company.Review from Justin L

Don't ever call this company. Insurance used them for a tow and when dispatch called us at noon said pick up by 2:30. After multiple phone calls to them and them pushing pick up back with every excuse in the book.... same as other reviews on BBB. At 5:10 PM, I have now missed my window to get into repair yard and vehicle will have to sit outside once it gets there. Which will be by someone else at this point because dispatch took a rather rude tone when we were asking "why the delay". So they cancelled the tow and hung up on us. Dispatch or customer **********************, whoever it was, was horrible. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! Had to give a star rating for BBB terms and conditions. The company is a liar. Called them after no show with 60min ETA, I was told the driver was finishing up a job and would be another 35min. She also promised me she would keep me updated. After another 45min, called and was told the driver is 10-15min away. After another 20min, called and was told there were heavy traffic and the driver is another 10-15min away. Its a Sunday morning (noon at that time), no traffic at all. And the phone was disconnected by then (or hung up by them), then I could not reach them. In another 10min or so, a local (I am in **********) company called me, and told me they were just dispatched. I waited for over 3 hours. Its unacceptable to lie to the customers. They shouldnt be allowed to continue their business if such behavior is not rectified.Review from Raymond m

I have been waiting almost 5 hours for a jump start. Thankfully i happened at home. I was orginally told 2.5 hours. I called at 3 hours. Oh it will be ***** min. One hour later I call again. Oh it will be ***** min for sure. You are next. One hour late I call Allstate Road service who dispatched them. Allstate contacts them and are told 40 minutes. Serioulsy? Allstate says they will be there and if they are not call us back. 45 min later. Still nothing. Core Values has discinnected my call 4 times. Allstate says someone will be here for sure in 15 min now. And a complete no show. I ended up cancelling the "rescue" and paying a company to come and jump the car.Review from Kayleigh G

This business is extremely unprofessional. When my auto insurance assigned them to my roadside assistance case on two occasions, the dispatcher/office manager has been rude and abrupt. Both times the ETA was estimated at 1.5-2 hours and continued to climb well past three hours. It's important to note the most recent time was in 90+ degree weather. The time prior occurring in late December during freezing, snowy weather. Additionally, the office manager insists that the company can up the car for towing, I however would not be given a ride with my car to the shop. She suggested I could walk or talk to my insurance about getting a ride or an Uber, but I would be on my own; definitely not an option when you're broken down on the side of the freeway or a highway! She also said they might make an exception if I could show my vaccination card; sorry, not going to share my medical information or documents with some random person, though wearing a mask was not objectionable to me.
