    Business requires a card on file then takes too much out of my account, plus charges me a fee to use the card. I want the over charge reimbursed, the overdraft it caused on my account and the fee for using the card. I was in their office Sat 10/19/24 to update my card to new expiration date and for the 5th time update my address. Nothing was said about charging more nor was written notification received. They are dishonest at best.

       My name is **** *. and I am the regional manager for the company.  I have attached the following documents to help clarify this account.  The first letter is a fee update notice mailed out on October 10th, 2023 informing ****** *. that there will be a fee imposed on all card transactions moving forward.  The 2nd letter was mailed out on August 21st, 2024 and informed ****** *. that her rent would be increased to $440.00 starting October 21st, 2024.  Please let me know if you have any further questions.
