              I went to Carls *** on 1/15/24. I was charged $51.94. The person in the drive through could not understand my order. I drove up to the window and saw that he was wearing a hat under the headphones. I gave him my order 4 times. We ended up with all the wrong food, cheaper burgers than ordered. It had double meat that was totally hard. We didnt want double meat. It had no vegetables and no sauces. Just 2 patties of meat and a slice of cheese. We had to throw the burgers away. I was not given a receipt even though I asked for it. I assumed it was in the bag. I looked through the bags quickly and I thought it was what we ordered. There was also a burger missing. Nobody was behind us in the drive through. It was already late, around 8 pm I believe. I cannot afford to throw food away. I have 3 special needs boys and our water pipes burst. This was a desperate move to feed my kids. I want my money back so I can buy some real food and get my pipes fixed.

              I went to this ****'s ** to get a $5.99 ********** combo meal. But, when I went through the drive thru and asked for the ********** combo meal they said they didn't have it anymore and it was no longer available. I mentioned that I had just seen the advertisement before I left my house. So they change their minds and said oh yes, we do have the ********** combo meal available and then when I got the meal, it was not a full size ********** combo Burger as advertised it was a small size so when I mentioned the commercial does not advertise the small combo it advertises the regular size combo not to mention the burger looks like gigantic and they continued to say that it was for a small.I returned the entire meal for a refund. ********** combo meal is a regular size combo meal which is what they advertise they do not advertise small. I called two ****'s ** on division and they both told me the same thing I feel like that is definitely false advertising! I used to eat at Carl's ** all the time but now I will never eat there again false advertising misleading what is going on with that???I do doordash and I have never heard or seen a restaurant be so misleading and believe me I go into a lot of restaurants. It's funny how I never do door dash for *********, I wonder why? ??
