    Treated AWFUL! Kicked out early out of our year lease! Charged insane cleaning bills! HORRIBLE! I have NEVER EVER EVER in my entire life EVER been charged so exhorbitantly after I left the place immaculate. They literally paid super expensive services to come in and do exactly what I had ALREADY DONE!!! This is INFURIATING and MADDENING! These people have NO conscience. First of all, they broke our tenant agreement by asking us to move out early. They offered absolutely NO COMPENSATION for how expensive it is to move! To add insult to injury they spent almost ALL of my deposit monies doing what I had already DONE! PLUS, I had gone the extra mile and fixed things, repaired other things, sanded and painted the disintegrating railings on the back deck and I left the place WAY cleaner than I found it! Just an absolute RIPOFF! When I moved in ALL the light switch and plug plates were off and all masked over. We had to rush around putting those all back on before the furniture could come in! I could spit nails! I paid my rent early every month. I am an EXCELLENT renter and to be stabbed in the back for this madness! Just completely WRONG!!! IF I thought I could win, I would *** them as much as possible! This is WRONG on so many levels! May the devil curse them all to hell!

    This company intentionally pursues discriminating policies against those of low income and disabilities that would make them undesirable tenants all under the guise of a credit check. Their unwillingness to budge and their no contact while I waited for a call back, They new before I left the building that they would do nothing for me. This company needs to be shut down.
