    Watson Management has claimed to went out of business and the same lady ***** answer the phone who as always work for Watson management. She stated they sold to Windermere property leasing. Which I have filed a small claims suit against them, I have no way to serve them due to them stating they are no longer Watson Management. I'm asking if this can be looked into?

    Desired Outcome:
    I filed a small claim suit against this business Watson management that now says they sold a business to Windermere property leasing. Now I cannot complete my small claims against them because I don't know where to serve the papers. I'm asking for this to be looked into to see if Watson management is still in business at the same location.

    he point us tenants would have to clean up the garbage mess. This went on for months and months $275 for balcony slider and small kitchen window blinds. Only blind I claim is the small kitchen window blind as I stated the balcony blind was falling apart the first day I moved in where I inform Extant management about this if Watson management research moving notes submitted to Extant management they will know this information. Charging $120 for supposedly carpet cleaning fees where I told them I had already shampooed the carpets because I do professional detailing and have my own commercial shampooer the total credits they put down for my security deposit isn't accurate they didn't put my pet deposit that I always had transferred over from place to place with Extant management.What is a maintenance administration fee 10% of invoices per lease charge of $106.67. Watson management stole my deposit and then States I owe $578 two days prior to this I submitted a review against Watson Mgt.

    I am rejecting this response because:I never received a 60 day rent increase notice from nukey at all. Watson property management made me pay 999 dollers rent, when I should only pay 650 dollers. Because  I never received a 60 day rent increase notice in the mail.they failed to inform me due to thier greed.

    We have spoken with ************* by phone on several occasions. We explained  to him that the notice was sent to him by *****, the former property manager through December 31, 2022, in accordance with RCW *****. We requested a copy of the notice from ***** which they immediately provided. We subsequently provided the tenant with a copy of that notice.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1. The information disclosed in the screening report did not meet the requirements in our published criteria.  Why? Please give me specific reasons; If there have some personal information, I think the company have my personal E-mail.

    2.But that letter was mailed to the address provided in the initial application, and we replied to the email requesting information within one business day.

    My initial application address was a hotel, I check with them, they didn't recieve any mail;And until now, I haven't received any response though Email, If you have, please give me the proof. I have checked all my Email.

    3.We are willing to refund the application processing fee by check the applicant provides us with a current mailing address. A current mailing address is my personnal address, I think I should send it to you directly, right?

    to me. If the background investigation is not qualified, should they send me an email to tell me why? I was waiting for their reply for a long time. During this time, I didn't find and apply other apartment because their apartment was very close to the school. I hope the company can give me an explanation and refund the application fee, because they are unprofessional.Thank you very much. Sincerely.

    We did begin processing this application on August 31.  Our applications are run by an application processing company, and there was a delay in our receiving a screening report from that company.  The information disclosed in the screening report did not meet the requirements in our published criteria.  There was an inadvertent delay in sending the adverse action letter, but that letter was mailed to the address provided in the initial application, and we replied to the email requesting information within one business day.  Per company policy that email referred the applicant to the mailed adverse action notice.

    We are willing to refund the application processing fee by check the applicant provides us with a current mailing address.
