    ***********************, the head of tenant relations at LT Property Management is retaliating against me for calling her out for false charges they decided to add to my account. After emailing her regarding these charges on 5/29, she went ahead and added eviction charges to my account on 6/5 but has not served me and its now 7/5

    Tenant was issued a 10-day comply or vacate for extensive damage to the unit. She then requested our maintenance team to repair the damages which she was charged back for. We were already in communications with our attorneys to draft the paperwork regarding the damage. There was no retaliation on our part at all.

    I am rejecting this response because I was overcharged, there has yet to be an actual itemized bill of the actual repairs done in my unit. They fabricated what repairs were done as well as what they claimed they purchased for materials. There were only two doors replaced that they stated were $70 a piece. They said labor would be $75 an hour. I was charged over $900 for two doors and labor which is absurd. They claimed **, one of their maintenance men was in my unit for 2.5hrs just measuring the doors but it only took him a total of 3hrs to complete the install of both doors? Theres a lot of fraudulent activity and discrimination going on. The damage to the doors was also known to the landlords maintenance team for over a year as maintenance had been in and out my unit mutiple times within the two years of me living here.

    We lived in their property for 2 years and from November- March our hot water tank leaked. So much so that the entire utility closet where it was located had water covering the floor on several occasions. We put in a maintenance request immediately after we realized it the first time, and they sent out 5 different maintenance people or plumbers to look at it. The final licensed plumber they sent out said it was a $600 fix, which was cheaper than the previous 2, and they still were unwilling to fix it. **stead they sent out 2 of their own employees to strap a portion of the tank that was incorrectly installed to the wall in hopes that would remedy the situation. It did not and it continued to leak from that point until our lease end. After notified, I requested a mold inspection due to leaking water for several months, and the following day they notified us that they would not be renewing our lease due to family wanting to move in to our unit. Despite there being several other vacant units identical to ours on the same street also managed by LT. ** addition to the leaking water we were over charged for garbage for a year. I noticed charges from LT for garbage on our regular utility charges from them, despite us paying directly through WM for that service. I called about this in Nov for the first time, and it was not until March that *********************** finally told me that we should not have been paying through the city at all, even though setting up this service at the time of move in during 2022, it was required. They had changed the way they were billing in 2023 and never directly notified us to cancel our bill through WM , and LT put the property address in wrong using Avenue instead of the correct Lane. So WM did not catch this. After moving out we provided invoices of carpet cleaning and cleaning, and they still charged us for both. When we contacted them they said sorry we did not see the invoices, they hadnt actually done the services yet, so they can remove them.

    We lost everything in the Gray fire in ************ in Aug 23. We contacted ************* to lease a home. The sent my fiance denial letter showing us a credit report from 2022, 22, and 23. The balances were all a lie. It showed balances that have been paid off almost 1 or 2 years ago. They all so said we had no rental history, which before I applied I told the company I had never rented before because I owned my house since 1985 and it was a total loss from the Gray fire. They said that was fine which that is one of the reasons we were denied along with the balances on cards that were paid off along time ago. We went thru h*** losing everything and know we can't rent because of their lies

    The applicant was not denied at all. The unit they applied for was rented prior to their full approval. They are welcome to transfer their application to another unit.

    They turned a bill into a debt collector without contacting me, the cosigner. Nor did they contact the young couple that was renting the apartment. I have an outstanding credit score and would have taken care of this immediately. I was not given the chance, and niether was my niece, to even see the charges. I've paid the debt outright upon learning of it. LT ********************** is a predatory company.

    When I signed the lease I was told that the apartment would get cleaned more before I moved in which never happened. I have severe asthma and had to shampoo and vaccume the carpet. I was also told that they would not be painting the walls for me. Fast forward a year when I can finally escape not to mention i was eaten by bed bugs almost as soon as I moved in. I could finally escape and I left the apartment cleaner than it was left for me and they decided they would only give me 600$ of my 1500$. I am exposing this company as they are taking advantage of disabled and low income individuals. I suffered since day one in that apartment and they have the nerve to charge me money to pay for something that wasn't even done for me! They want me to pay for the next person to have painted walls and a clean carpet. I never got that!!!! Do any of those images look like an apartment that was painted for me? Nope.
