On August ****** I placed the order for $66.65. On 8-3-25 they took the money. Then I received a email that my order was incomplete. I reached out to them (the only way that their website allows you to through an email address) at *************************** and asked what made my order incomplete and why did they take the money if it was incomplete. I haven't heard back from them so I emailed them a second time asking them again the same thing. Finally I just emailed them and asked for a refund. Once again they've already taken my money they haven't responded back to any of my emails nor have I received any product.Business Response

I received my order from this company and it wasnt exactly like advertised item. So I decided to return it. You have to get an ok before you can return. So I emailed them got a generic response. Said they were extremely busy with filling orders. Ok so I waited first email was June 29th and 2nd, 3rd and 4th. I still havent received a response to let me return my item. This product/snow blower does not operate as shown in the advertisement, along with the fact that I received a used one, a possible return from a previous customer. The product packaging is absolutely horrible, everything was just thrown in the box without any wrap protection to keep the product from getting damaged during the shipping process. I have tried to settle this issue with Sakerplus and they have shut off all communications via email and are refusing to provide a credit for this defective/used product. I want a full refund of $149.99 immediately and if Sakerplus would like their product returned, they need to provide me a shipping label at their expense to return the defective/used product.Initial Complaint
