            I was charged for a repair that was covered by not only my extended warranty, but by a manufacturers 7year 70 k mile and an 8 year 80k mile factory warranty. When I pointed this out, they claimed the catalytic converter they changed was not original equipment, and was therefore not covered. Yet, that was never told to me the three times I talked face to face with them. Nor is it mentioned in the work order. I have the original work order to prove this. They owe me for all charges.

            After a complete lack of communication that replacement arms would take 3 months total. And then it is returned on empty gas. After purchasing 5he vehicle here and getting car service for years, we should have been communicated to that the vehicle was empty gas. They allowed employees to drive ,they claim it was already on empty which I wouldn't have meant to do, anyhow that still leaves the situation. What were they going to do if they ran out of gas? There should been upfront consistent communication and in good faith since we've come there forever. When I called , managers said they don't get paid much, these people that have said they know my grandma for years l,our car. I believe this was the least professional communication and attitude was we dont do wrong and irresponsible. I would not trust this company just for saying it's large,reputable
