After a complete lack of communication that replacement arms would take 3 months total. And then it is returned on empty gas. After purchasing 5he vehicle here and getting car service for years, we should have been communicated to that the vehicle was empty gas. They allowed employees to drive ,they claim it was already on empty which I wouldn't have meant to do, anyhow that still leaves the situation. What were they going to do if they ran out of gas? There should been upfront consistent communication and in good faith since we've come there forever. When I called , managers said they don't get paid much, these people that have said they know my grandma for years l,our car. I believe this was the least professional communication and attitude was we dont do wrong and irresponsible. I would not trust this company just for saying it's large,reputable

Extremely dishonest and underhanded company on all fronts. I can only assume leadership guides all of their employees to behave this way. When I bought my car from them they tried to force me into a useless extended warranty for an extra $3k. I wrote a ****** review about it then, but they had it deleted. When I bought the car I got a contact for lifetime oil changes that this company offers, so I go to them to schedule oil changes (they have multiple dealerships in the area) but I booked an appointment here a few weeks in advance because it would be closer to me at the time. IN THE *** OF the oil change appointment they call me to tell me all sorts of excuses as to why they need to reschedule my oil change. First they say all the technicians take lunch at the same time and I was somehow able to schedule during their lunch hour. Then as this guy is trying to help me out says he can reschedule me but then also says we dont have the parts and I say to him its just an oil change what parts do you need? He proceeds to just say that my car is a ****** and they are a Chevrolet dealer and I let him know I bought the car from them! What could they possibly not have that they needed for an oil change? So he says h*** go check and let me know then just hangs up. Worst company I have ever had any dealings with. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Has had car for body work over 14 days and bounced f I really b bigger Job. All parts are available. Still waiting.
