              I bought a car from Auto Credit in 2019 had it for three months, got behind on payments. Phoenix financial repossessed the car, but when they did, the tow truck driver didn't even come to the house door and knock to let us know he was so we could get our stuff out of the car even though we were home. I found out that the car was gone when I went out to leave for work. When I called Phoenix Financial to get our stuff back they said we could come get it ourselves, and I said how would you like for me to do that when we have no car? I asked them to mail the stuff to me and they said that they couldn't do that since they couldn't find a box big enough to fit everything in and repeatedly said that we could come get our stuff ourselves. I have checked our credit report since then and the loan with them said it was closed and written off. The loan was four years ago, but just this last month we received papers from a company representing Phoenix Financial saying that they are suing us for the loan even though the loan was closed and written off and that it is four years old. I would like Phoenix Financial to drop the lawsuit after all the trouble we went through with them.

              *********** and call you between **** times a day. Even when you are in a grace ******* ***** is the caller that keeps calling me and harassing me. Please do your research even when you are in a bind or have terrible credit. Because this company is absolutely awful. You dont need this company, this company needs you. Give your money to people who will not harass you by constantly calling you over and over again. Please look at the reviews on ******* its not just me being harassed.
