1 starWe keep getting the Easy Home Buyer mailings that are harrassing and threatening. He harasses seniors, disabled and women. He is relentless in his intimidating lower than low offers. He is looking for desperate home owners who need money and then giving them **** shop prices... I tried to stop the spam and junk...why should we be required to dispose of his mail trash, delete his texts or emails, or make reports to get him to stop harassing us? he is worse than pet owners who send their pets to our house to c*** on our property so we have to clean it up. I wrote the BBB for help and they don't bother with cripples or seniors... we have to perform some other time consuming, energy burning, laborious tasks to try and get the sleazy con spammer to stop harassing us...stop sending your low ball offers and stop talking to us...

It sounds like you've requested to be put on our do not mail list however I show no record of somebody with your name in our system, or having reached out to us in the past asking to be put on our do not mail list, which we will happily do. I would like you to know however, we do not target people's groups, elderly or disabled (I don't even think this is accessible data - for good reason). We do however send 70k mailers a month in our market and it is inevitable that some of those mailers will make it to every people group (many of whom we've helped sell their house and had a wonderful experience). Please feel free to text or call with your mailing address and we'd be happy to remove you from our list ************. We are are legitimate company that purchases hundred of houses a year in our area in need of serious repair, then turn around and sell those homes back to families locally. Hello ***** thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the house you contacted us about was 130 years old, needing an extensive rehab. It was also ******************************************** a small rural town outside of our area of operation. We apologize if our offer was not what you were expecting but this house was not a good fit for our company.
