9/12 they started my sprinkler systems. I asked questions along the way to make sure things were going in as we discussed. When I asked for a copy of the permit they didn't know what I was talking about. They failed to pull a permit and had to do that . They also tried to skip putting a shut off valve to my sprinkler system . When the permit was pulled they learned that they had to do that and that the city had to come out an inspect everything. I have found that there's lots of dry zones that they keep saying that they fixed that are not fixed. I had holes and ditches in my yard that they never filled in compacted I had to fill them. I found that they never watered the grass while they were working on it so the grass dried and they tried put the dead grass back down. There is no sprinklers hitting my shrubs on the sides of my yard nor near the front of my yard inside the fence. And they refuse to fix it without adding more money even though that was supposed to be part of the bid to have all my yard shrubs and Gardens included which are all inside my yard. I asked for sprayers in the gardens and got drip lines for certain flowers not all flowers or the garden is covered with water they also refuse to fix that without additional charges. They broke Stepping Stones and we're not going to say anything just going to leave. They did not put my Stepping Stones back the way they found them I had to ask them to come back and fix that. I reported a leak inside and outside they came back and fix that the next day. The next morning I found that the leak was still going in my house I reported that Friday the the 17th I was told somebody would come back and look at it nobody showed up. Still Saturday nobody showed up to check the leak in my house somebody showed up Sunday at 6:00 could not fix it so send a plumber out on Monday to fix it the inspector was out today and did not sign off on both permits he said it sounds like I got bad contractors. Very stressful experience.
