    I accepted a position as a department manager for Service Master by Compass. Everything was going great and I was receiving a lot of positive feedback. Unfortunately, I was put in a position where I had to address a sexual harassment situation and an FLSA violation with the ** during my second week. As a result, I was fired in retaliation. Servicemaster by Compass is extremely unprofessional, allows their entire staff to constantly criticize, make fun of, and sexually harass their female marketer, and the staff receive very little leadership or guidance from management. Rather than just using these guys for wrongful termination, I am making their behavior known so that other job seekers will not waste their time and energy on this company.
