I was in ******** and saw a promotion from booksi stating 4days5nights vacation for ****** ** I bought the package and as soon as I bought it they charged it to my card but now that I want to set a date they are telling me that I cant go to ****** due to a language barrier so they want us to go **************** where we dont want to go I told them that we want to go to the Gulf of ************ front which was the agreement when I gave my debit card number after that I call them to set up a date and told me they dont have anything in ****** they only had ************* or ***** and is more expensive I just want to cancel everything and get my money back because what I pay for is not what they saidBusiness response

This complaint is an error.
My company is not the company the complainant is talking about.
My company "Booksintocash.Com" is a college textbook company.
Our sole business is recycling college textbooks.
We do not do "promotions," "vacations," "vacation packages," "4days5nights vacations," nor do we even have an active ******** page.
(We do not even take vacations.)
When I saw this complaint yesterday morning (Sunday, March 3, 2024, at approximately 6:00am), I telephoned the complainant, "******************************* ******," and explained he filed a complaint against the wrong company.
He said the company he is having trouble with is called "Booksie" (or "******" or something that sounded like "booksie").
I explained that we are not that company.
We are "Booksintocash.Com."
He immediately apologized and said he would retract the complaint.
He later said he was having difficulty retracting the complaint, but would call the Better Business Bureau "first thing tomorrow."
Today is Monday March 4, 2024 (one day later) and he indicated he was working on getting this retracted.
[note: I have saved all text-messages, if needed, I can provide the entire conversation].
A few minutes ago (approximately 11:31am Pacific Time), I telephoned the ***** Better Business Bureau at **************, and per the instructions provided, *************** here.
Just now, I received a text message from the complainant "******************************* ******" that says the following (verbatim):
"I called BBB and said they are going to retracted"
-and-
"I keep you posted"
My wish is that this entire complaint be deleted from my record, because it is a complaint meant for another company.
