    I had my carpet and two rugs cleaned by this company. The carpet and one rug went well. The second rug has large marks from the "wrong tool" that was used to clean the type of rug he cleaned. When I called to alert them, they said it could be fixed and were going to take it into their warehouse. When the brought it back, it was completely ruined brown and yellow and stained. They said it was water stains from the rug not drying adequately and said they could fix it. They took it and "fixed it", however, it was worse the second time around. The communication and customer service was great, until It was worse the third attempt to fix. Now, I can't get anyone to respond to me. I've called, I've emailed, I've contacted the supervisor - nothing. No one will acknowledge the message. They boast a 100% satisfaction guarantee, however, I have expressed I am not satisfied and they are ignoring me.

    I honestly don't have time to deal with this situation. There are so many false claims in the document he sent over. Whatever steps you need to take to close it out, please do. If you need anything additional from me, please let me know.
