    We paid ***** for a coach who sits and insist on. Water breaks every 5 minutes to waste time. We started 15 minutes late almost every session. The coach sits and my daughter barely moved and didn't learn ANYTHING ABOUT SOCCER. The coach doesn't correct anything and sits and laughs.

    I registered for Flag football for my two children and there was a serious error on Skyhawks part Sep 17th 2024. Skyhawks could not secure the field for flag football and sent an email refunding for that day. I took my children to play flag football on Sep 24th 2024 and the entire field was full of soccer teams. I asked Coaches and no one was there for flag footfall. There have been very serious issues and no one has addressed them. I left two voicemails on Sep 24th and Skyhawks finally returned my call yesterday Sep 30th with the promise of a resolution that day. No one ever returned my call and so I called again this morning and it seems like Skyhawks is not taking the situation seriously. I am asking for a credit back to my account since this has been so disorganized and chaotic. This has had a significant impact on us and a loss of gas/time. To run a program this way is highly unethical! I would like this resolved asap
