      During the first week of April 2025, I received via mail, an account statement from PAR. The statement clearly states that there is no minimum payment due for April therefore i choose not to pay to save some money in a heavy bill laden month for myself. On 5-6-2025 I received another statement from PAR. This statement let me know that my account was being canceled because they did not receive a payment for April. (The month were it stated i had no minimum payment due).On 5-7-2025 I called PAR to see what was going on with my account. The lady i spoke with eluded that it was my fault for not paying in April even though the statement i received said no payment was due. She also stated, "the statement shouldn't have said that" but refused to take any responsibility and continued to tell me i should have just paid it. She told me she would have her boss call me when she got in to discuss options but i never received a ******** my account is being canceled and is being sent back to the orginal creditor. This is after i have paid many dollars in account setup fees etc.I have attached statements that demonstrate and prove what i have stated above.

      This is in response to the complaint filed by ******* *******.  ******* was late in paying his January payment that was due on 1/25/2025 and called in on 1/28/2025 and reset back up on a payment plan and was told he would have a payment due by 3/25/2025, since he had missed the February billing cycle.  ******* called on 2.25.25 and made a payment for ***** paying for his March statement prior to it being mailed out.  He was told this paid for his March payment,  this is the statement that he has attached to his complaint that was for March and there was nothing due since he had paid in advance.  The statement I have attached is for April that was mailed March 31, 2025 and shows the payment that was due by 4-25-25.  This attached statement was not paid and that was what was explained to ******* when he called in on 5.7.25.  There is a date on the top of the statements that show when they were mailed out and this will help in understanding the differences between the two statements.  Mr. ******* needs to look at his April statement, the one I have attached, to know what was billed and not paid in April.  Please let me know if you need anything else regarding this complaint.
