      Bought supposedly new refrigerator for almost ******** . Delivery *** said give it a couple hours to get cold , then he said if it doesn't work call us. Never had a delivery *** say that. They knew it had a problem think they sold us a return at full price. After hours of operation only gets down to 55. All food spoiling. Thanks ****** for a really crappy experience and spoiled food. You ***s ****.

      Purchased a very high end refrigerator from Freds and paid extra for delivery/set up and haul away of my old refrigerator. Delivery was on time, however the set up was totally messed up and unprofessional. The water line to the ice maker was not properly tightened and the installer failed to check for any leaks. Well, it did leak and it was not discovered until the water had leaked through the floor and caused major damage to the basement ceiling. They sent employees out to photograph the damage, but thats as far as they have gone. They have made to offer to repair the damage and their employee by the name of Montana told me that the state is a No Fault State, therefore they are not responsible for repairing damage caused by their employees. This is a totally bogus answer as No Fault only applies to claims regarding automotive incidents. Unfortunately, their stance only leaves me with the option of a law suit and litigation which will end up costing them incredibly more than if they just did the right thing in the first place.

      If I could select negative stars, I would. This company is so poorly ran. It's just bad business. This may not be the fault of the ********* staff specifically. But the company as a whole. Their repair/service center is run out of **************** - and this is the section of business I have a problem with.****'s Appliance lacks communication and customer service. Their service department speaks with the attitude that they know they are one of the ************ around, so they can just continue to treat customers this way. We, the customer, pretty much have no choice but to use them. Their managers are rude and unreasonable, offering no rectification for their bad business mistakes.See ****** reviews for the full review. As of right now - ****'s has scammed us out of $100.00. I will be disputing the charge until services are rendered.

      We purchased all our appliances from Freds in September 2022. Freds has been out to Repair our washing machine at least four times. Since the last failed repair we have been without our washing machine for over a month. Freds is a total joke, do not ever buy any product from them. They could give a c*** less about you once they have your money.

      0/ 5stars AVOID repair work AT ALL COSTS!!!!! My 3 yr new Bosch oven/microwave combo quit on Christmas. It was wrongly diagnosed, parts then arrived dented & thus reordered, their employees cancelled & rescheduled & each time I was put out a full month for parts AND service. I was given a morning window **** each time that was confirmed the day before & each time they showed up in afternoon! I took5 days off work for this & its still not fixed. After 6 months of this they show up with a part for $600 without telling me beforehand.The service manager, ***, doesnt call you back, recognize how bad theyve messed this up or fix the situation. He tells you you can go elsewhere. Life is too short to be repeatedly treated so badly. I purchased a high end appliance from Freds & will ever ever again.

      DO NOT BUY from Freds Appliance. They have 1 repair person to service the ******* area. I have been waiting 3 months for repair on my washer and was told it would be at least another month for the part to come in. I could have bought a new washer for what its costing me to do laundry every week.

      Look elsewhere!!!! What a nightmare dealing with ****'s. I called to request a service call for our double oven on Jan. 24, 2023. We had this same failure a few years ago and I told the scheduler which part was needed. An appointment was made for February 10th. On that morning they called and said that they didn't have anyone available to come due. They then set the next appointment for February 23rd. On the morning of Feb 23rd they called and again said they wouldn't be able to come. The next appointment was set for March 6th and the same thing happened that morning. Finally on March 17th 2 repairmen show up without the part that they were supposed to bring. Being a glutton for punishment I agreed they could order the part and get the oven repaired as long as it would be be prior to Easter when my wife would need both ovens. On March 29th the scheduler called and said that the part was in and the next available slot was April 24th. I explained that I was assured that it would be installed prior to Easter which is April 9th this year and was told that would not be possible. At that point I'd enough and walked away from the fiasco that I should have ended much earlier. To top things off they quoted $200 more for the part than other suppliers and wanted $250/hr for labor. To recap: 3 no shows that wasted my time and then on the 4th they show up without the part. All this over a 2 month time frame. It appears that when they miss an appointment that your next opportunity will be pushed out to the end of the waiting list.

      Sold me a $3,000+ refrigerator knowing the ice machine has a documented history of freezing up and needing repair. My bad for not doing more investigating on the product, but I should be able to trust the salesperson is relaying all pertinent information. Granted it's been 3 years, but when I showed up asking for them to repair it at no charge to make it right (even though we both know it'll happen again), especially since we have purchased multiple appliances from them in the last 4 years AND because I send a lot of business their way I was told no. Upon re-iterating again that they sold me this product with full knowledge of the problem and that it is much easier to keep a customer than to find a new one, I was told they are only willing to take care of reasonable customers. Say what? Bottom line: ****'s is great ... until you have a problem, and then somehow it'll be your fault for them not taking care of you.

      This company is the worst company I've dealt with in my 74 yrs. If I could give them zero stars I would. There is no customer service in their repair department. Three times in the last three yrs (I have a five yr agreement) they took my phone call and my information about the problem and did nothing with the info. When the month was up (when they said the part should be in), I called but there was no record of the issue and I had to start the process over. Another problem I had was they kept ordering the wrong part. The first time the wrong part came in, they called me and said I had to come pick it up. When I got there, I could immediately tell it was the wrong part and they said they'd order it again. The second time the part came in, they sent it to me and when I called and said it wasn't the right part, they wanted me to bring it back to them - I don't live in ******* so I refused and we dealt with that. The third time it was the right part, about three months after my initial call. The problems go on and on and on. The technician who comes out, however, is always very nice and competent. Since the five yr agreement wasn't cheap, I've continued to deal with ****'s but I really wish I had not purchased anything from them. I truly do not understand how a service department can be so incredibly incompetent. Consistently.

      Update 10/1/22: we are now 17 months since our initial contact about damage. The June 2022 appointment was a waste. The ONE tech showed up with ONE cabinet and he shoved it in his van. It gouged the whole side from a s**** sticking out on a van shelf. He took it back and nothing got done. August 2022-Call from ****'s saying BOTH cabinets are in and install scheduled for 9/8. We finally received one undamaged cabinet to replace the damaged one on the dryer. When this appointment was set, they were "looking" at both cabinets and needed to find 2 techs. 9/8/22- we were shocked somebody actually showed. They had one cabinet. The repair guy realized they had 2 dryer cabinets and not one of each. They installed the one and he called the warehouse manager. I was given the option for waiting on the washer cabinet...again or getting a credit in place of that. I said credit. The manager was supposed to call us to get our info and where to send the credit. After several calls to them because , SURPRISE, we never heard from anybody. 9/30/22-My husband finally got in touch with a woman and she said they never agreed to the credit. OH! LOOK AT THAT! The washer cabinet showed up TODAY! What a crazy coincidence. We are now scheduled for 10/27/22. They will contact us day of for a time. It's now a running joke between my husband and I, taking bets on if they will actually show, call to cancel the day of or say our panel was damaged or wasn't actually ordered. We have now had 7 appointments set to have these fixed for them to cancel, deliver a damaged item or lose our item...again. For a thorough review, please read the ****** one. We will never buy from them again due to the pathetic service/repair department.
