    I stayed at Mirabeau Park Hotel on January 22nd, 2022. I did not check in until late in the afternoon, but at 7:44 am, they had already charged my credit card $330. When I checked in, I paid both of my rooms with my debit card in the amounts of $387.02 and $133.04. When my phone alerted me of the $330 charge, as well as attempts to charge $450 as well as the $133.04 and $387.02. Those charges were fortunately declined as there was not enough funds available on this card. However, the $330 charge from that morning did go through. Management assured me there were no such charges and only the 2 charges on my debit card. They refused to help me and said to take it up with my credit card provider. I had to cancel this account as they continued to try pulling these amounts even a month later!!!!! I have called the hotel and asked to speak with a manager 5 times and have still never received a call back. 2 months later and I am still fighting with my credit card carrier to have this charge removed. I need help! This $330 charge maxed my card and dropped my credit score by 133 points!! Please help me!

    Poor customer service, unprofessionalism, rudeness, staff is not knowledgeable with packages/prices and amenities. Staff does not take accountability. Our air conditioner didn't work in out first room in late June 2022. Our room door was left open by a member of staff while we were out. Request for a pack n play went un fulfilled even after multiple attempts to request for one at tue time of reservation and several times while at the hotel. Second night package was not fulfilled accurately because staff was unaware of the package. Debit card was charged randomly from the hotel days after checking out and no one staffed there knew anything about the charge. The cleared our security deposit and we had to request for it to be refunded even though the room was left in good condition. It took over a week to get a hold of any member of management to resolve our issues. We requested for the highest level of management and the hotel provided their hotel phone number as a source of contact and, the manager has a voice mail box that is full, so u can not leave a message. The email they provided went un answered. Once we were able to speak with management, he was rude and basically told us we were lying. We asked for camera proof and he stated they don't have cameras.
