- Fees per tooth vary depending on the tooth location and case complexity. The patient is responsible for all charges regardless of insurance coverage or the circumstances leading to the need for treatment. If you have insurance, we will be happy to submit your claims for you. Patient's portion they are responsible for must be paid in full prior to the treatment.
For patients without insurance, a number of options are available.
-5% discount for treatment paid in full via cash or check prior to treatment.
-Payment of half down prior to treatment, the remaining half paid prior to completion of
treatment.
-Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express are accepted.
-For those who prefer to make extended payments, Care Credit & Citi Health Card are
available for those who qualify.
