    On 2/12/23 I paid $43.55 at game world. I spoke with **** and he said it was played tested and that it worked. He than said if there is anything not worked they would work with me as I live in a different state. On the same day we got home and my son tried it and it would not work. So I called both number he game me. As well as emailed. The email was blocked with in 10 mins. And all I said is that it's not working and to give me a call.

    My Fiance brought my PS4 in to get it fixed back in December. It wouldnt read disks. My girl got it back in time to give it to me for Christmas but my playstion cord was missing. They said they replaced the laser in the disc reader and for some reason replaced my hardrive which worked fine. Costed almost 200$. Went and purchased a new cord and some games in hopes that it was fixed. When i got it running it said unreadable several times. Finally i got it to read a disc, and it started making a horrible noise. Froze up, and I unplugged it immediately.Fan was running at full potential, but the station was very hot to the touch. Brought it back in immediately, and was accused of saudering the motherboard. Which want true, why the heck would I do that. I beleive it got so hot it melted my mother board. They then proceeded to tell me it was ruined and unfixable now. And made me put another 60$ more down for some reason. Now they tell me they can get me a fully refurbished ps4 fixed by them, for 150$, the 60$ would also be going towards it. Which I dont feel that comfortable about considering what happened to mine. Nor should i have to pay more out of pocket. They ruined my PlayStation. Its a limited edition release gold. Still waiting on them to call me back about a station that hasnt been refurbished. Because thats the only way I would buy one from them. All in all I feel completly screwed over. Here i am with no station and its April now... I would like them to make it right. My limited edition is ruined cant even use it supposedly. Im going to go pick it back up and ask for a refund for all the failed maintenance, and see if someone else can fix it. Worste customer service ever. Left there super angry, wanted to punch that guy in the face.
