How do I change or cancel a reservation? To change or cancel reservations go to the reservations link at the top or bottom of the home page. From there just enter your last name and confirmation number to access your reservation.
I can’t find my reservation number, how do I get a new one? To retrieve your reservation number, please email [email protected] with the name of the hotel you are inquiring about, city, state, your full name, and dates of stay. A dedicated representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I change or cancel a non-refundable reservation? Yes, you may edit your reservation outside of the cancellation policy. However, if the reservation was not booked on www.magnusonhotels.com, you will need to cancel or edit your reservation through the travel agent whom you booked through.
How do I get my Star Club discount? Visit the Star Club page on our website to sign up. After you sign up for Star Club on our website you will be sent an email with a promotional rate code that you can use anytime when making a reservation online on magusonhotels.com.
Where do I enter my promo code to receive my Star Club discount? When making your reservation online enter your Star Club promotional code in the Promo Rate Code box on the hotel details page. Click here for preview
How do I know my reservation is confirmed?After submitting your reservation you will be sent an email notification detailing your reservation information.
How do I get a receipt for my reservation?Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately with all of your reservation information. Since we do not charge you directly, you will obtain your actual receipt from the hotel when you check out.
When will I be charged for my hotel reservation?You may be charged as soon as the night before, or morning of, your date of arrival. Once you are within the hotel’s cancellation policy, the hotel is authorized to charge you at least one night’s room charge.
I canceled my reservation, when will I be credited?If you’re outside of the cancellation policy, no credit is necessary, as your reservation is not prepaid. However, if you do not cancel within the terms of the hotel’s policy, you will not be issued a credit if you are charged the cancellation penalty.
Do I need to give my credit card to make a hotel reservation online? Is it secure?Yes. Magnuson Hotels online reservations system is secure and your guest information (including credit card) will be encrypted as it passes over the Internet. You will be switched to our secure server when personal information such as guest data or credit card numbers need to be transmitted. You can tell you are on our secure server when the address begins with "https" rather than "http". Will my credit card be charged if I forget to cancel my reservation?Yes, you must cancel your reservation before the cancellation window. The cancellation policy will be stated before you confirm your booking. If you do not cancel within the hotel’s policy, the hotel is authorized to charge you at least one night’s room charge.
How do I make a reservation for a large groupIf you would like to make a reservation for a large group, please email [email protected] the hotel name, city, state, the dates you and your group would like to stay, and your contact information so that a dedicated representative can further assist you.
