    I originally contacted the business on Mar 13th, 2023. I asked if they did mobile repair work on rvs and was told yes. They scheduled for one of their employees to come to my location in ****, ** on Mar 22nd. He was supposed to arrive at 8AM but called me to tell me his supervisor had not told him about the appointment and the earliest he could get to my location was 9 or 930 AM. We had agreed on $175 for the service call and $175 an hour for on site work. The employee only used his code reader once, saying the vehicle had a fault code, but couldn't show it to me nor could he get the reader to find it again. He spent almost 2 hours on his cell phone doing "research" on possible issues, finally he came to me and said if I couldn't show him a receipt that showed I had replaced the secondary filter with an OEM model that I would have to replace the filter before he could do more. He offered to go get one, the only place local was an hour each way so that would have been $350 for him to drive to get it, I said I would get it and reschedule. I paid $525 that day before he left. I called and made an appointment for 2 June at 9AM, I took a vacation day and I waited all day and finally got an answer at 448PM that they were not coming, but would see me on Saturday 3 June after his one appointment in the morning, at 130PM I was told he was almost done and would be on his way shortly. I called him at 5PM and he said he would be out on Sun 4 Jun after one appt in the morning. He finally called at 320PM and wanted to know exactly what the fault code was, I sent him a text with a picture of it. He finally said it looked like the suspect part was the injection pump but that he would need a gauge to test it. I asked if he could purchase the tool and reschedule. He said yes. Since then he has not returned phone calls or text messages. I tried for a week for him to return one of my messages and come out.
