    Terrible experience. I had the finished sanded off and redone by Precision Flooring & Millwork. They scratched the tile on my front steps and entryway with the wheeled machines they used during the work. It was very difficult to get them to fix this damage. They did not sand well around bannisters and appliances in the kitchen so the old yellowed finish didn't blend well with the new finish. Additionally, they only placed 1 coat of finish on the raw hardwoods so we have had continuous problems with any liquid that touches the floor soaking into the wood beneath. I contacted them for help and after hearing of my issue they avoided answering my calls and ultimately ghosted me. We are in the process of having to get quotes to re-do the work just 1 year later - so so expensive, angering and disappointing! Stay away from this company. They do not take accountability for errors in their work.

    This is the second job I did with this business . I was not present during and rt the end of the job When finished I promptly paid **** ( the ****** Once paid, his responses to my phone calls were almost always ..."I'm in a meeting ...can I call you later? "...He didn't ...and after a while ...he resorted with texts, not calls although I requested him not to. We had disagreements and, to date, two months later, my complaints / requests have not been resolved . I know of another who also had an unresolved issue.My mistake was not holding back money until EVERYTHING was resolved.
