Well, first of all the sale was the 18th that you won from us. Not the 1st. Our terms state ***** days after cleared payment - so today they were delivered 11 days after the sale, not the clearance date We also emailed you the tracking number the day it shipped. Also, We have many many sales each week and have multiple of the same items. So we are not reselling your items. Your order was shipped and delivered today - Delivered

This client has promised me numerous times that he would take it down or amend this. He has his goods, the erroneous statements in this are just not true.
