    My fiance and I were told that there was no fee for the truck rental for this business by the guy that was working there since we rented a unit. We came to get the vehicle and was told by the rude female manager there is a fee for reserving the vehicle. The manager asked me to leave after I advised her to retrain her other employee. She also asked me to leave the offoce rudely. I have been spending a lot of money at this place for many years and have never been treated so poorly.

    Thank you for taking the time to submit your complaint. We are sorry to hear that your experience does not match up with our vision for customer service. 

    We do offer a Free Move-in Truck with 30 free miles on new rental if the unit is 5x10 or larger. The only cost to the customer is the required insurance, which is $15.00 + tax for a total of $16.55 and to replace any used gas. We apologize that this was not explained correctly and caused the experience you had. 

    We have requested a refund to your card in the amount of $16.55. We appreciate your business and look forward to being able to serve you in the future.

    To whom it may concern, this complaint has been resolved by Aurora Storage, I have received a refund on the insurance charge . Thanks again.
