I have placed several orders with this company and have always had the product sent to my current address which was set as default. My last order never came. When I checked on the status, this company sent the order to my old address (an address that is over 2 years old). At the time of checkout review my address was set to my current address. When I contacted support and explained to them what happened and explained that in the review it read my current address but they sent it to my old one, I was pretty much told I was out of luck. They refused to either refund my money or resend the product to the correct address. I even checked with residents of old address but they never even received the product. So not only did this company send it to the wrong address in the first place but it was never delivered period.Business response

Order # ******** Tracking # ********* From Dallas TX Missing Disk one of Magilla Gorilla Complete Series. I just want disk one. Isn't there a website that has individual disks for sale or makes missing ones? That way you can purchase the missing disk and send it on to me. Still missing the Rugrats season 2 disks 2 & 3.Business response

I just received another order from Thriftbooks. Again, the order was missing items. I ordered Rugrats Season 2 that should have 4 disks in it. This time, it was missing 3 of the 4 disks. It came from the warehouse in Maryland. Order number was ********. Tracking number ********. This time, I want a replacement.Business response

I placed 3 orders for 28 books total. 6 books were never shipped. They created a shipping label but never shipped. They have now claimed to have shipped 2 different replacement orders and would issue a credit for one book because they didn’t have one to ship. Same issue, created shipping label but never shipped. This has been going on for almost 8 weeks now and still no books or refund.Customer response
