    On 12/20/24 Seattle Tree Care came to my house to remove a large broken branch on my Cedar tree. The work seemed fine but the arborist misjudged where he let it fall and damaged my neighbors bushes. ****, the arborist, apologized and said hed have $100 taken off the bill to cover the cost of buying and planting new bushes. They have continually sent me bills for the full amount despite my numerous emails and phone calls trying to get the bill changed. I would appreciate your assistance in getting a new bill with the $100 discount. I can supply copies of the emails Ive sent them as well as copies of texts from **** saying he would take care of it and texts from my neighbors indicating that **** gave them his card and said he would take care of it.I just get stonewalled by the company.

    The company responded as soon as I made the BBB complaint and fully resolved the situation: they sent a new statement reflecting the discount for the damaged **** and gave a further discount for my inconvenience.
