      Their translation had basic errors with my name. Ones that was entirely avoidable since my name was attached to the transaction. This led to unnecessary delays. The error was then fixed and my hard-copy was supposedly shipped using 2day shipping. It was delivered 8days later. Long passed the due date for turning in the document. I specifically chose thus company because I wasn't aware of the need for the translation and this was a RUSHED service. They failed at the basic premise of their business. Their solution to me? 'The shipping company is third-party and thus we aren't liable.' I would not use them again if I needed the documents in a timely manner. What's the use of "good" translation work if it doesn't arrive when it is needed?

      I received a service beyond my expectations. Not only did they not charge any hidden fees, but they also applied the single-page rate even though the text was spread across two pages due to being under the word limit. They responded promptly, even on weekends and late at night. Everything was delivered exactly on the date and time they promised. The translations were excellent and accepted without any issues. I sincerely thank them.

      I submitted *************** documents from 1947 to be translated to English. The service was very fast, accurate and very reasonably priced. The company offered a partial refund when it was found that the first document could not be translated to poor document quality. I will definitely be using their service in the future.

      They responded very quickly to my request and correspondence BUT SAID THEIR TRANSLATORS COULD NOT COMPREHEND CURSIVE WRITING!!! They wanted me to provide a typed version If ********** I would have used ****** translate. Anyway, they were not able to translate a document in Polish cursive handwriting. I do not recommend this company.

      It's true - none of our Polish translators could read the handwritting from the source document that was from the 1860's. We are sorry we couldn't assist you in the translation because the document was not legible, a full refund was issued when the order was cancelled.
