      I don't know where all these positive reviews are coming from - maybe they're inflated by bots. This company is just another scam. I spoke with a woman from customer support named REMOVED(not sure this is the real name). I sent her the material for translation. It was three pages long, and I received a reply saying they would do the translation for $59.88, but as soon as it came time to pay, the price jumped to $99.80 for the exact same amount of work! I tried for a long time to figure out from REMOVEDwhat the reason was, but shes either pretending to be incompetent or actually is. I strongly advise against contacting them - its a scam company that just wastes your time and tries to rip you off!

      RushTranslate provides certified translation quotes based on the billable word count, with pricing calculated in increments of 250 words per page. This customer's first quote was based on a version of his documents with some text redacted, which totaled 715 billable words, priced at 3 pages of certified translation. His second quote request, submitted with the same materials unredacted, totaled 820 billable words, which exceeded the maximum word count for 3 pages of certified translation and required a 4th page. This was not a price change for identical work. It reflected additional content that needed to be accounted for once the unredacted materials were provided.

      The first quote also received an automatic first-time client discount, applied by our system to a customer's initial quote. When the customer questioned why this discount did not appear on his second quote, we manually applied it, bringing the revised total to $79.84, and explained the word count difference in detail. The customer rejected this and requested that his account be deleted.

      As a gesture of goodwill, we also offered to complete the certified translation at his original price of $59.88, despite the added content. The customer did not accept this offer and instead proceeded to post negative reviews across multiple platforms.

      RushTranslate's reviews reflect genuine customer experiences, both positive and negative. We stand behind our pricing structure and the good faith efforts made by our team to resolve this matter. Unfortunately, not every situation ends in a resolution both parties are satisfied with, and this is one of them.

      The representative wrote a complete lie in an attempt to cover for his colleague, who cant count and thinks that the clients skipped school too. The firm wasted my time, lied constantly, and continues to lie. There was never an apology or an admission of guilt - just nothing but lies. I definitely dont recommend entrusting a translation to people like this; if they behave so shamelessly before payment, what will happen after? Scam!
