    I bought a jacket for $388.76 on 12/09/2024 from Miyar Adventures. I returned the jacket shortly thereafer, and after three weeks, I got no refund and they didn't communicate with me. I opened up a dispute with my credit card company on 1/03/2025. Miyar then immediately reached out and told me to cancel the dispute and they would refund the money. I canceled the dispute, and Miyar has refused to refund the money, they are claiming that the chargeback is unresolved, even after I have provided them with a letter from my credit card company that the dispute is resolved. Please help me get my money back thank you.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have reviewed the details and can confirm that the refund for this customer has already been initiated.
    The customer initially filed a chargeback, which placed a hold on the amount until it was resolved. As soon as the chargeback was settled and the status was updated on our end, we processed the refund immediately.

    A confirmation email has also been sent to the customer. We always strive to ensure our customers are satisfied and do our best to make that happen.

    I am rejecting this response because: They did not give me a full refund, and in fact lied in saying that as soon as the chargeback was settled they processed the refund immediately. As soon as they got a BBB complaint the started to process the refund, almost 3 months after the return was made. These people are crooked and taking advantage of their customers. Upon the receipt of the the remainder of the refund and an additional $50 for damages, I will accept their response.

    On 10/6/24, I placed an online order for a Garmin watch for the amount of $1,264.94 USD. When the order was delivered to me, to my surprise, the actual watch was missing from within the box, with only the charging cable and watch straps, and manual left inside. The box was shipped with a total weight of 12oz. (Cardboard shipping box, packing paper, the Garmin box with the contents inside, but missing the actual smartwatch component). I sent numerous emails to the company which have gone unanswered in order to find a resolution. I also went as far as to take a video weighing the box, and all its contents, exactly as received, which weighed exactly 12oz. The company is adamant that they sent the watch and its entirety to me, when the video and photo evidence proves that that was not the case. The company has stopped answering my emails and has ignored the video weighing the shipping box/contents, which proved the watch case was not inside the box, and matches the weight as it was shipped from their warehouse. The company is refusing to contact me further in finding a resolution. They still have my money and I have not received the item I paid for, without any resolutions. I am a requesting a full refund

    Hello,

    I hope this message finds you well. After a thorough investigation, we have concluded that the weight and dimensions of the box clearly indicate that the watch was indeed inside the package when it left our facility. We always ship Garmin items exactly as we receive them from the manufacturer, without opening them.

    Moreover, the box was delivered and received in good condition. We've also compared this shipment with similar ones, and the weight and dimensions consistently show that the watch should have been inside. Seems the customer is trying to scam us.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    a scam? Really?  I took weight of the box as it was received to me, weighing 12oz., which matches your manifest from the shipper.   As mentioned, the watch was clearly not inside the box, otherwise it would have weighed more.   I provided the serial number and photos on the box, to which you provided to ****** to conduct an audit on their end, which was inconclusive- they too werent able to find that the watch unit was registered or associated with any accounts, because it never existed    The seller has failed to help me resolve this issue and has been stalling in providing a replacement or refund; further, they refuse to answer any phone calls, or respond in a timely manner to emails.   All I am asking for is a resolution!

    We have thoroughly re-investigated this matter following your request and have carefully reviewed all relevant details. Based on our findings, it is highly unlikely that the watch was missing from the box at the time of shipment. When comparing the weight of similar packages, we found that a box without the watch weighs approximately 3 oz, which would have been immediately noticeable during processing. Additionally, **** has strict shipping regulations and would not accept an empty package for delivery.

    We would also like to highlight that we have never encountered a similar issue in the past, and all our shipments are carefully packed and verified before dispatch. Given these factors, we regret to inform you that we are unable to issue a replacement in this case.

    USPS cannot audit or see the contents of the package prior to being shipped, if its a sealed box.  This business refuses to offer any resolution or even respond in a timely manner to emails or phone calls.   Would never do business with them, and if no resolution is found, I will seek civil litigation and recourse.

    Hello, I bought some Arc'teryx clothes and pants on the Miyar Adventures shopping website a few days ago, but when I opened the package, I found that there was nothing in the package except some waste paper. Two of the packages were for a pair of shoes, which were very different from the products I purchased. I suspected that the shopping website was fraudulent. I sent an email to ********************************* but received no reply. I now have a package that I'm afraid to open. , saved as evidence, I can provide clear video of opening the package as evidence. By the way, both orders I purchased were canceled by the courier, but they did not cancel my order or refund me. Please help me solve this problem, thank you. I have temporarily discovered the order numbers in question: MA-*****, MA-*****, MA-*****, MA-*****, MA-*****, MA-*****, MA-*****, MA-*****. The above are the orders that have been discovered so far. There is a fraud problem. I will notify you if new packages arrive in the future.

    They won't honor their promises and then ignore customers. Bought an item online for a great price plus rebate and they said they oversold it and wanted to refund. I said no I want my item at the price I paid and to be compensated for the rebate I lost due to them. They agreed and it's been almost two months. Nothing but lies and now they stopped responding. I asked them to replace with a similar or better model for the same price and they only offered a lower model. Now they have stopped responding.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was offered a much lower quality model without the features such as side imaging. I asked if they would replace with the next  best similar model. The item was purchased and I was refunded without being asked about a replacement. It was their fault for overselling the item i purchased. The item was on sale and had a 100 dollar rebate until Dec 31 2023. I had a budget of 350 and this model fit perfectly after hours of research. They offered to honor the rebate after Jan 1 ****. As a business owner I honor my word and take care of customers. The service from this company is likely the worst I have experienced. I was forced to postpone two fishing trips due to not having a gps with lake maps and due to them promising multiple times to have me the item I purchased or an acceptable replacement. Many times they would not respond to me for several days and would make excuses how they could not talk on the phone to remedy their error. I have not heard from them for over two weeks when they had said in the last email that they special ordered the original item I purchased.

    Date 10-09-2023 Amount $279.32 For a Bike Stand They where out of stock and on back order so I requested a refund because I needed asap I already waited a few days for them to mail after I contacted them they mail and said it already was mailed they where fast to reply and friendly **** said he would send me a return label he did after I received the box was opened and the smaller box was damaged I informed them of this and just taped the box back up and returned I emailed again after it was received back **** assured me that it was back at thier warehouse but they where to busy to do refunds right now and they would do it this weekend I still have not got my refund I have got all the emails to prove this

    I placed an order #***** on June 8th, and it's a pair of La Sportiva Tarantulace Men's climbing shoe size ****. After I received them, the left side of the shoe had quality issue(rubber off). I argued with the customer service, then they agreed for an exchange. On July 24th, I finally received the exchanged order. This store just sent back the ********* I returned. This is really unbearable after waiting for almost two months.
