    Omnidian (Astrum Solar Support) s the supplier of my solar panels from which I receive a solar credit check. Typically, the check is received in June. As I had not received it at that time, I contacted their support team on July 8, 2024 via email. ***** from their support team responded by email on July 9, 2024 advising me that I would be receiving the final check in the amount of $2,261.00 within the next 4-6 weeks. As I did not receive it in that time frame, I contacted them again in early September. They responded that they would check with their finance department. But I never heard from them. A few weeks ago, I emailed them again for an update. At this point they are not responding to my emails. I have copies of the emails that they sent me. Initially they gave me a case #****** and then they gave me a case #******.They have gone radio silent on me. They have not sent me the check for $2,261.00 which they stated in writing I would be receiving.I would like to receive my check which they stated in writing that I would be receiving.

    since November 2022, I contacted omnidian about honoring there warranty to maintain my solar system. From then till now, I still don't have portions my system working and have had to endure hours on the phone with them trying to self diagnose problems. I have pages of E-mail correspondences with them and with enphase trying to simply get this thing working.
