This company is a joke. From an agency stand point and after selecting a certain coverage area and requesting that we only be sent referrals for 25 or more hours a week we were sent back to back referrals that ranged from ***** hours, contact with potential families was horrible and many claimed they never ask to be contacted but was only seeking information. Each referral remind you that is sent to an agency is charged to the agency in the amount of $55.00 and they send the same referral to at least four agencies at the same time. I was sent one and the family clearly told me that they did not want services but was looking to see what was available if they decided they did, when I alerted ********** that this was a dead lead and ask for a refund, I was told to continue to work the referral and that they may decide different later. I am not into a hard sells type person as if you need service you do if not then you don't. I have tried to deal with this company twice and each time have regretted it.

I just got off then phone with a representative if Aging care and I tell you they are a complete joke! I was trying to find a home care provider for my mother, and she has two good health insurances. But, Aging care said the home care that they provided only deals with out-of-pocket payments? What a rip-off! This company needs to be shut down ASAP! Stay far away from them, period!

Without a doubt, the worst experience I have had in finding post-operative care. I still don't know what services they actually offer post-op and in-home, because after the representive that called interrupted me 3 times asking, "if I could afford a minimum of $2000 a month, since they represent private care agencies," I got angry. This was extremely rude. I have insurance, I was looking for additional private, in-home care for 1 week after surgery, the Representative would not let me talk, just keep asking if I could afford at least $2000 a month?! I replied, "I think we're done. I appreciate you calling back." She went on to say, "just so you know, our conversation is being recorded, did we answer all your questions?" I replied, "oh, not at all! I got NO information from you on what services you offer in my position. I only got, that you are more concerned about someone AFFORDING your services than you are about the QUALITY of services that you offer. I thank you you for your call back. Click" If you are considering short-term, post-operative help as an independent adult, don't bother with this service, it was insulting.

BEWARE!! Don't Trust Aging Care!! I recommend not using Aging Care's services!!! I was doing research on potential in-home caregivers for my aging mother. In that effort, I went onto the Aging Care website to get information on services and prices. I provided my email and phone number to simply get daily prices for an in-home caregiver. The representative gave a ballpark price of $32 - $36 per hour. As we spoke she emailed me information for 4 service providers. I indicated that I was not ready to proceed and to NOT provide my info to ANY agency. However, she ignored my request resulting in 4 emails, 3 texts and 4 phone calls from the agencies. I returned the original email I received from Aging Care expressing my displeasure of Aging Care's practice of releasing my information and being inundated by the 4 agencies. The Aging Care manager responded with "The agencies have been notified not to contact you via email, text or phone. We will also remove your information from our system." Subsequently, I continued to receive emails, one from an agency and two newsletters from Aging Care. Bottom line, I do not feel that Aging Care is a trustworthy organization to deal with, including their customer service and management.
