      No longer offering lifetime warranty on their luggage. Purchased with promise of lifetime warranty but on June 10, 2024 they changed their policy to no longer honor any commitment for their overpriced luggage. Never buying from this company again.

      Eddie Bauer is very deceptive about its sending of shipping emails to customers. For normal Americans shipping means your package is with a carrier. Eddie Bauer means that a label has been created. Days later the carrier hasnt gotten the package. However, a customer needs to go through several links to see that the item is still sitting far away. I will not be ordering any more.

      Past 4 orders I have returned for a refund I got no email reply that the packages were received and had to fight and email for a refund! Terrible

      Terrible online service..items also arrive very late..then they charge a return fee..plus take to *** store, pay to print label. The products are nice but never again. I tried to take care of returning an order this week and reordering something else..and they could not bring up my account nor reset my password..and I spoke with tech people.

      On Saturday, December 2, 2023, I went back to the ******************* Eddie Bauer store to exchange jeans that I had purchased a few days earlier. When I asked an employee (*****************************) at the return/checkout counter that I wanted to exchange the jeans for a different size, Mr. ****** told me I got too good a deal on the jeans and that I would have to pay more money if I wanted to exchange the jeans! Eddie Bauer was selling the jeans at half price, and I had redeemed two awards certificates (one for $5 and another for $10) that I had accrued for being an established Eddie Bauer customer. I ended up having to pay an additional $14.06 for an exchange!

      Ordered item in October...never arrived..3 calls to customer service with no refund...3 trips to a retail store to have them contact a manager...3 calls from managers with no refund..it is now December...no refund for over $100.00. Company is a joke...do not order online...there is no customer service and you can kiss your money goodbye!!!

      OMG I wish I read these reviews before shopping online with Eddie Bauer. They mistakenly charged me 3 times (3 X $109.60) for the same order, and it has been almost a month since I notified them and they haven't returned my money yet. They also owe me money on two returns. In total they owe me $321.07 and I don't expect to see this money any time soon. Abysmal customer service. Will never shop with them again.

      AWFUL. I ordered one outdoor blanket this winter and another over the summer. Due to poor construction the first broke before it could even be used and they offered to send me a replacement. I was sent a free label to return the first item and they price matched a second blanket for the replacement order. The second arrived damaged. I called and was told I could return this as well.Unfortunately whoever returned the first blanket didn't bother to check the *** and original order number and refunded this item as though it was the new order. Now I have confirmation that the second blanket was received by them but they have not refunded this item. I returned TWO items and was only refunded for ONE because their employees cannot read simple package labels. I called and due to language barriers and comprehension issues with their outsourced customer service I still have no resolution. I asked for a supervisor and was first refused and then told I'd get a "call back" - never happened. I have had to make three calls now and each lasted over 45 minutes with no resolution.Between all the calls associated with these two items and the emails it's very frustrating. I have wasted so much time on what should have been a simple return. It's really terrible to have to spend so much of my time on a simple return like this. Eddie Bauer has effectively stolen money from me. They have both items back (and two separate packages/tracking numbers for my returns they approved) but will only refund one. Despicable customer service. I'd like to return everything I've ever bought from them. They have lost a customer!

      Thoroughly Disappointed In My Brand. After thousands of dollars spent on Eddie Bauer clothes and accessories, I had to give it up today for a principle matter and the way loyal and dedicated customers were treated with the rewards program. I WAS a huge fan. I placed an order on 7/2/2023 to meet the next reward level of Guide on 7/8, only to be downgraded back to Explorer on 7/10. There was no warning to customers. I spend a lot of money with Eddie Bauer and found this tactic to be VERY DISAPPOINTING. I voiced my opinion, but they showed no concern and blew me off...guess loosing one GREAT customer doesn't voice any concern to **********************. I have removed myself from them completely for this reason.

      At the Eddie Bauer store in ********************************************************************************************, a domineering woman with shoulder-length blond dyed hair and a slight accent whom Ill refer to as the manager falsely accused me of being someone who had video-taped her in the store on another occasion and in a state of paranoia she yelled at me in front of customers and demanded I get out of the store! I believe that she also kicked me out because I suddenly chose NOT to buy $150 - $175 worth of clothes, as I had done on Oct 21 (a month earlier in that very store) and I have the debit statement as evidence. I had decided against buying more clothes because the manager was rude after ** mentioned that a seam on a shirt I wanted to buy wasnt sewn right. That was the second time she'd been rude and I was about to ask the manager if she had another shirt when she angrily snapped. Well, dont buy it then! I announced then that I wouldnt be buying my $150 - $175 order. Then, in a state of paranoia, she accused me of being someone who had video-taped her once, and she proceeded to yell at me in front of staff and customers and ordered me to leave the store. She also called RioCan security and put on a show to act sweetly when security arrived. I was able to identify the security people because they gave away their undercover identity earlier. Becasue of my $250.70 purchase from Eddie Bauer a month earlier, how could I possibly be someone who had video-taped her on another occasion? If this were true, I wouldn't go near the store or the woman. This was a false accusation by a manager with customer service issues; a case of mistaken identity. Considering her temper, she must have annoyed someone else. I'm willing to bet that she kicks many people out of the store, I will be contacting the legal department of Eddie Bauer, the police, ****** and others.
