              I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Seattle Bank regarding their unwarranted attempt to seize my mother's land. Despite the existence of a signed contract that explicitly prohibits such action, Seattle Bank persists in its efforts to wrongfully acquire the property.The contract, which was entered into by both parties in good faith, clearly outlines the terms and conditions regarding the ownership and usage of the land. However, Seattle Bank is disregarding these terms and attempting to encroach upon my mother's property rights.This blatant disregard for the contractual agreement is not only unethical but also unlawful. My mother has upheld her end of the agreement, and it is unacceptable for Seattle Bank to attempt to circumvent the terms to further their own interests.I urge Seattle Bank to cease all attempts to take possession of my mother's land immediately and honor the terms outlined in the signed contract. Failure to do so will result in further legal action to protect my mother's rights and property.
